We are a 50 unit Oceanfront Condominium located on our own private beach, with a heated pool in our center courtyard, protected from the North wind. We have a huge tiki hut on our private beach and plenty of lounge chairs and palm trees for shade. We also have a huge deck on our beach for great sunsets, happy hours , cookouts and private parties.

All units are townhouse style, with two flights of steps, that have two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryers in each unit, wireless internet and private balconies with a spiral staircase leading into the courtyard. We do have some downstairs 2BR 2BA units as well. Each unit has an assigned parking spot in front of their unit, with free spots for guests.

We have a restricted Smoking policy. There is no smoking at the pool, beach or any outside area except the parking lot black top. We do not allow any pets, boats or trailers on the property.

Unique Benefits

$2,200.00 per week. 10% on some of the units with a minimum 30 day stay 15% for 6 week stay. 2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY.

Why Kids Love It

We are located on a very rare in The Keys a white sand private beach. Kids love it.

Area Information

We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a par 3 golf course, bike rentals, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and many charter boats. There is great fishing, snorkeling and kayaking right here off of Key Colony Beach. We are 50 miles north of Key West and 110 miles south of Miami.

The Dolphin Research Center is 5 miles away where you can schedule a swim with the dolphins or take the kids to the splash park. Aquarium Encounters is .05 miles where you can feed sharks and take the kids to the touch tank, where they can encounter Keys sea life. Also have a wonderful Turtle Hospital that offers educational tours.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

There is a 9 hole golf course within walking distance and , pickle ball courts, bocci ball courts and a children's playground. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance, right on the Ocean.
