If you get a chance don't forget to buy some Neutrogena Body Oil it really stops the bugs from biting the sprays are not as effective.
The local buy up all of the Neutrogena here so bring some with you!
The no see ups don't bit if it is windy (not strong enough to fly in the wind)
But they do come out about an hour at sunset and and an hour sunrise.

The best snorkeling is at Sombrero Reef near the Lighthouse.
Don't touch the coral reefs! The coral reefs are dying because people touch the coral - please don't ever touch it or it will die! The ocean fish needs the coral reef to survive. We are loosing our coral reefs because people don't realize you can't touch coral. People who try and catch lobster find them in the coral and instead of using the Lobster 'Ticklers' to coach them out they go in with their hads and touch the coral which kills the coral.

We rent Saturday to Saturday and weekly or monthly for Snowbirds. We can rent multiple weeks, but it is still week to week Saturday to Saturday for this great house.
So, if you click on a Saturday to the following Saturday, you will see our availabilities. Remember all our rental check-in dates and check-outs. dates start and end on Saturday. This way we make sure to maximize our month with weekly rentals - sorry no exceptions.
All listed prices are for up to 10 to 12 people.
1) Price of Villa is a 5 Bedrooms 4 Bath - 100-Foot-Deep Water Dock, Pool & Spa
for a total of (14 Adults including Children & babies)

2) Security Deposit: $1,000
3) Pet Security Deposit refundable $250
Pet Fee per week is $100 per dog with Vet records (we need to make sure the dogs are on flea meds. So, they don’t bring in any fleas to our home!

9) No lifeguard, Adults supervising minors at pool
No lifeguard on duty at pool adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa.

Stayed with a group of friends from around the country. The house was very clean and well provisioned Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor cooking area. Met the host and hostess, who were very pleasant. Bedrooms were clean and smelled fresh. House is air conditioned nicely. Location is great for exploring the keys; a little over an hour from key West and about 2 hours from Key Largo. 2.5 hours from Miami airport outside of rush hour or fly into Key West. Convenient shopping minutes away on Marathon Key.
