We rent Friday to Friday and weekly due to the laws here in this area. We do rent for multiple weeks, but it is week to week for this great house.

The lower-level living quarters of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a private living area and expanded wet bar, as-well-as, private porch, and dockside access. The upper level has the Master Suite, 2 guest rooms, and a guest bath along with a kitchen, dining, living room, and wrap-around porch. Completed this gated walled compound great for family reunions and large groups. 150+/- of dockage, swimming pool, and covered parking.

150' +/- Deepwater dock for several boats. Parking for boat trailers. For those of you that love to cook, we have a BBQ grill for family and friends.

Fabulous outdoor water sports like; boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, paddleboards, jet skiing, sailing, windsurfing, etc. Marathon Florida offers nature trails, running, biking, and hiking trails. Nature loves to enjoy guided water tours to see all kinds of sea life.

With so much, you can enjoy even relaxing by the ocean shore and basking in the sun on the beach. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises whatever takes your breath away!

We respond to your calls and text within minutes. You don't have to wait days and we have local helpers right in Marathon if we can't get there sooner.

Key Colony Beach and Marathon is world renown for the best fishing, deep-water fishing, and flats fishing you name it. We have the Lobster festival every year. Nice restaurants and bars with plenty of activities to do with the kids. Guests enjoy going to the Dolphin entertainment centers, turtle hospital, and other types of activities. Most of all people come here to fish and we have provided everything to make your fishing day a great day on the water!

If you want to rent bikes the company is close and will drop the bikes off and later pick them up for you if you don't have a car. It is easy to get around in Marathon in a car.

There are limos to take groups to Key West only an Hour and 5 minutes away. The Marathon airport is 5 minutes away from the house.

We have a 27' Catamaran boat on the boat lift to rent for fishing or boating. So you could rent it for a day or the whole week let us know. Just ask us when you would like to rent it and we can accommodate you during your stay.

If you get a chance don't forget to buy some Neutrogena Body Oil it really stops the bugs from biting the sprays are not as effective.
The local buy up all of the Neutrogena here so bring some with you!

The no see ups don't bit if it is windy (not strong enough to fly in the wind)
But they do come out about an hour at sunset and and an hour sunrise.
The rest of the day they are gone.

The best snorkeling is at Sombrero Reef near the Lighthouse.

Don't touch the coral reefs! The coral reefs are dying because people touch the coral - please don't ever touch it or it will die! The ocean fish needs the coral reef to survive. We are loosing our coral reefs because people don't realize you can't touch coral. People who try and catch lobster find them in the coral and instead of using the Lobster 'Ticklers' to coach them out they go in with their hads and touch the coral which kills the coral.
