The house has central air, with 2 zones for comfort. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 3 Master bedrooms with ensuite baths. 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds next to Hall bath that has both tub and shower as well as vanity sink and toilet and storage, accessible to the living areas.

Up to 2 dogs are permitted. The dog fee is $250 per pet.
Guests must review and sign the House Rules, The Key Colony Beach rules, and (if bringing a pet), the dog rules.
NOTE that rental contract must be for at least a 7 night period. Any rental period after June 13, 2023 will NOT include Cabana Club access (that is available during your stay for a fee )

The city of Key Colony Beach requires that you sign their Vacation Rental Rules document when you book.

About the owner: I have been offering vacation rentals in beach communities for over 20 years. I split my time between Florida and New Jersey and take personal care of the houses I offer for rental. I continually update the properties with features to help ensure that my guests have a great time.
I know the areas well where my properties are located and offer help and advice to guests. I want to do all that I can to help my guests make the most of their rental experience.
Why this property? I personally manage all of my properties, handling all of the rental bookings and ensuring that the properties are well maintained. I have a great staff available to address any repairs or improvements that are required. Supplies are checked and updated continually.
COVID protocols are followed. Every property gets thorough cleaning and disinfecting between guests' visits.

Rare find of 4 full baths and 4 real bedrooms (not a daybed stuck in a sunroom like some rentals market as a bedroom). House comes with everything you need - beach towels, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, smart TV's in all bedrooms plus upper and lower common area. Plenty of sunny and shady spots in outdoor living area plus the dock on canal is brand new. Great location; we loved being able to walk to cabana club,restaurants, gift shop, basketball court, and park. Tip: rent bikes to easily get anywhere in KCB. They will deliver to the house but rent early during busy seasons. Mary (the owner) was understanding and easy to reach with any concerns (we had a lot of tweaks to our travel plans due to Covid travel headaches). Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with the location, the waterfront is great, and we enjoyed our stay there, if anything was not so great is compensated by other things that are great. We had easy access to the beach via the clubhouse nearby. The area is pleasant and tranquil.
