Welcome to our Casa Mar Azul III, an upscale and luxurious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath newly constructed home (Duplex Home) with a private heated pool that sleeps 8 people. Located at 260 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. So this home sleeps 8 people. Both bathrooms are Full size bathrooms. (Master Bathroom has double vanities).
Please take note! Our home is SMOKE-FREE and CLEAN and NO PETS PLEASE. WE HAVE FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET!

The Back Patio, Pool and Dock face the East where you do not get the HOT SUN in the afternoon during the late Spring and Summer Seasons that are generally hotter in the afternoons.

We love Key Colony Beach because it has everything to offer a water sportsman from fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, wind surfing.....you name it and you can do it in Key Colony Beach. Their is 2 boat ramps to load and unload your boat. Their is a Marina, several great restaurants, The Cabana Private Club, Sunset Park where you can see a romantic sunset everyday. You will love Key Colony Beach just as much as we do.
Why this property? We purchased our vacation home because of the fact that we love vacationing in Key Colony Beach. You will find some of the best amenities in our vacation home like 'Tommy Bahama' Island style furniture as we put the best of everything into our vacation home as we use it too. The dock size is 46 Feet. Yes, we Offer 3 dockside power in 50 amp, 30 amp and a 110 standard outlet. We offer a 50 foot water hose and Fish Cleaning Table.
Where is the house located?
Our Vacation Home is located at 260 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach at Mile Marker 54 that is on the north end of Marathon, FL Keys.
This home was newly constructed and has a 2 car garage and a bait freezer in the garage.

We have decided this is the house we are going to book if available every year. Dock, pool, bait freezer, cleaning station , great kitchen and location. They are super with communication and it truly is a hassle free vacation couldn’t ask for anything more. Already picking our dates for next year.

Key Colony Beach is my favorite place to stay in the Keys. The location of this house was perfect. It had its own pool and a dock by the canal. It was across the street from the post office, and a small park where there was a weekly market, as well as other festivities. We also had access to the Cabana Beach Club, which was nice. A boat could be docked in the canal, or it was a convenient place to fish. We had manatees come by almost every day, which was very special.The house had a full sized garage, which included beach chairs and pool accessories. The house was well maintained, and had everything we needed. the owner was immediately responsive to any of our concerns, and even proactive, when an unusual situation occurred. We plan to stay here again.

This was our fourth time in Key Colony Beach. This was, by far, the best house we have rented. It is well appointed and convenient to the Cabana Club. Our two grandchildren kept the pool busy - they were in the pool within 5 minutes of arriving. We hope to rent again soon.

Everything needed in a holiday home, facilities and equipment excellent. Had a great relaxing week, the highlight was seeing a Manatee at the dockside. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance - Havana Jacks next to Cabana club a particular favourite and not forgetting a visit to Sunset park - must see sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt, particularly when at one point we were at threat of Hurricane Dorian. Finally got this see Key West which is definitely worth the drive.

This is the 2nd time we have rented a home from Casa Mar Azul, and I hope there are 20 more! We love the location in Key Colony Beach. The home is well kept and immaculately clean! John and Aileen make it incredibly easy to book a vacation, and make sure it is enjoyable for our whole family. We loved the pool (which was luckily in the shade all afternoon) and the inlet had a family of 7 Manatee visiting us every night. We were close enough to everything to experience SUP yoga, diving, snorkeling and a trip to Key West for the day! I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Mar Azul, and all of its properties!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, pool great, location great, owners were a pleasure to work with. John and his wife were very responsive and attentive to us throughout the booking/staying process. The master bedroom and bath were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. Didn't use Cabana Beach club so can't speak on that. Having our own private pool was much more beneficial. Did enjoy the sunsets at Sunset Beach.
