Beautifully updated 3 Bedroom and 3 full bath 2000 sq foot multilevel townhome located oceanfront at Key Colony Point in Key Colony Beach is part of individually owned townhomes and single level units. (We are not a resort as we do have owners who are full time residents so there are units that are not part of the rental program.). Here you will find a location that offers beauty next to a park and on property amenities that include a tennis court, swimming pool, fishing pier and a small beach. Covered parking and screened in lower level area specific to this unit.

Your home includes a beautifully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, KitchenAid appliances and fully stocked kitchen for gourmet cooking.

There are three bedrooms each with their own full bath. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king master, twin bedroom and queen bedroom. Each with their own TV.

DIning area and living area off of the kitchen which looks out to the Atlantic. There are two balconies both covered, One is off of the queen bedroom and the second is off of the main living area and overlooks the pool and out to the ocean.

Deposit of 50% required when booking and payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival.

Area Information

Key Colony Beach is a tropical paradise known to be the "Gem of the Florida Keys" for decades. You can see the beautiful reef environment, the safety of the area (Key Colony Beach has its own police officers).

Key Colony Beach's famous sign "Honestly now, what's your hurry?" is a reminder that you are off the highway and it is an invitation to enjoy this city by slowing down on land and in the canals and share the road with many boaters, paddlers, swimmers and manatees.
