Come vacation at our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, canal front property located on the Island of Key Colony Beach in the Middle Keys. Our house sleeps 4 people including kids and has dockage right our back for up to a 40-foot boat. You can fish right off our dock on the Island's largest, deepest, most private canal. Our back patio is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunrises while you have your morning coffee and watch tarpon feeding. Our backyard faces the East, so you will enjoy morning sun and afternoon shade. The vacation home is perfect for families or 2 couples. We have been renting our property for over 30 years and have an impeccable reputation. Our vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, convection air fryer, washer/dryer, cental AC, and the highest speed internet that even reaches the dock. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom/shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a guest bathroom right off it with a tub. We have a 7 night minimum and generally rent from Sat-Sat. Sorry we do not accept pets and smoking inside is prohibited. We include membership to the Cabana Club Beach and Pool on the Atlantic Ocean, just 3 blocks away.

Our back patio is relaxing with beautiful sunrises every morning and afternoon shade. Our dock can accommodate up to a 40 foot boat and we are minutes away from the Vaca Cut, allowing you the option of boating on the Bay or the Atlantic.
Guests have caught huge fish right off our dock. We have a fish cleaning station and bait freezer for our serious anglers.

Your kids will have a ball fishing right off our dock day and night, because we are on the widest, deepest canal, there are tons of fish. We have seen manatees right off the dock. Tarpon feed all morning and night. Bring your own boat or have one delivered to the dock. We also have companies that rent kayaks that will deliver them to our dock. w
We are a half of block from the City Park which has a new playground for the kids along with pickleball, basketball, and bocce ball courts. The Island is very kid friendly, with a jogging/rollerblade track around our street and throughout the Island.

Area Information

The Island of Key Colony Beach, Marathon, is in the Middle Keys located at Mile Marker 53. It is 110 miles from Miami, 138 miles from Ft. Lauderdale and 53 miles North of Key West. While most of the Florida Keys require a 28 day rental, Key Colony Beach is one of the few places you can rent a private home for 7 nights. Our property is just minutes away from the Vaca Cut which allows boaters the choice of the Atlantic or the Gulf. There are dozens of phenomenal restaurants with some of the freshest seafood on the planet. Our membership to the Cabana Club offers vacationers the whitest sandy beaches in the Florida Keys. The Cabana Club is situated right on the Ocean and the beach is just a few steps away. There is a par 3 golf course, pickleball courts, and bocce courts right on our street. There are 4 restaurants that you can walk to on the Island. There is Scuba Diving, snorkeling reefs and fishing charters minutes away.

Par 3 golf with the 6th hole 40 feet from our duplex. Playground just up the street from our home. There is pickleball,bocce, basketball courts there. There are public tennis courts one street away. Bike, rollerblade, jog around the Island.

There are 4 restaurants on the Island with a 5th one due to open Fall 2026. Some favorites are the Inn at Key Colony is a 1 minute walk, Havana Jack's 3 streets away, and a El Molcajete Mexican restaurant 3 minute walk. Sparkys is 1 mile away. The Island Fish Co. is just 2 min car ride, Fish Tales family owned 2 miles away, Florida Keys Steak and Lobster, Castaway, Burdines, Lazy Days, Keys Fisheries( world famous Lobster Reuben) Sunset Grill and many more are all less thst 6 miles away.
