Renters using kayaks agree to the following: 1) Recognize that there is certain inherent risk associated with using kayaks and assume full responsibility for personal injury to themselves or others and further dismiss the Homeowner and Property Manager for injury, loss or
damage arising out of the kayak's use. 2) Renter is responsible for any damages to kayaks and cost to replace, if stolen including kayak paddles.
