A quiet spot on the water with a lovely back yard and afternoon sun. The living area is waterside and the living, dining and kitchen areas are all open to each other. The kitchen has a sink/eating bar island, great for the cook's helpers to socialize without being underfoot! The living area has comfortable seating and bistro table for extra guests. 3 Flat screen TV's in the living area so no one misses any of the game or show!
The master bedroom is streetside with a private entrance (also hall access) and a king size bed. A large screen TV in the Master is perfect for watching a movie after a day of adventures. The second bath is just steps away and shared with the 3rd. Bedroom. The third bedroom is a great spot to relax with one twin bed and read a great book or for an extra guest or young child you want close by. Outside entrance to the back yard from this room gives the Master Bedroom privacy when wanted and convenient access to the bath from the yard and dock. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Flat screen TV. The hall bath, next to the guest bedroom, has a tub/shower combination. Both baths have tile floors and surrounds and granite counters for easy care.
30' of seawall on the waterfront offers protected dockage and quick access to the ocean for boating. The Cabana Club is a Pool and Beach Club on the Ocean and is within an easy walk from the property. Access to the Club is included in the rental.
The property has Central A/C, Gas Grill, Bait Freezer, Fish cleaning table for the fisherman, Comcast Cable TV with high-speed WIFI internet access. 3 TV's. Tile floors throughout.

We spent a month at this wonderful location and didn't want to leave! It was absolutely perfect in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee sitting by the canal and enjoying the visiting birds. I was always on the lookout for manatees and wasn't disappointed. A mother and baby( which I named Po and Tato) made almost daily appearances and we had a huge manatee (named Baked) who liked to sunbath a the end of the canal. The place was clean and provided all that was needed (could use just a couple more forks and spoons) but you couldn't want for anything else. Location to the the Cabana Club was like having it in your backyard. We loved riding bicycles and exploring local beaches and the 7 Mile Bridge. Went snorkeling in Key West from a catamaran and enjoyed a day there. Can't wait to return! Having the lovely welcome bag was truly appreciated and provided many items needed to get the vacation started. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

Edward B.Great Apartment in a Lovely area of Islamorada
Our vacation on Islamorada was so ,much fun. The apartment is actually larger than we expected. Our boat was docked on the canal where a local manatee made several appearances, tarpon were rolling and the orchids in the gardens were blooming. The grounds were well maintained and the apartment was fully equipped. Management was quick to respond to all our questions.
