Lovely condo, except for the carpeting.
Elizabeth and Michelle are wonderful and helpful. Don in maintenance was really nice. Our condo was great, except for the carpeting, which was not installed well and was difficult to walk on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Family stay at Suite (‘Sweet’) 16.
Our family of six really enjoyed the unit. A couple things needed attention but contacting rental company directly with that. The kitchen and amenities were perfect for us (made breakfasts in am and used oven for pizzas one night and used the community grill below for a dinner or two). The layout worked well for our family and we loved the nice sized pool as well. Attempted some SUP one day (was windy most of trip) but was a little hard w/boat traffic making waves but made the most of it and still felt nice being on the ocean! Being able to sit outside in the ams to watch a sunrise or come back outside later to watch the sunset was pretty darn cool! Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Great week at Margo’s Place
We booked our stay at Margo’s Place in KCB and what fantastic trip we had. Our contact person for Margo’s Place was Jean Hering who was a complete pleasure to work with. Margo’s Place is really a wonderful home right on the water. Margo’s Place’s location allows easy access to the Atlantic, Gulf and back country for any type of fishing you desire. With our boat docked behind the house evening sunset cruises were very convenient. Looking forward to our next booking at Margo’s Place.
