Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom treasure in the heart of the Florida Keys.
Upon arriving for your stay you will be greeted to a large family room on the first level of this 2 level home that opens to a private pool and poolside kitchen. On this floor you will find a bedroom with a king sized bed and bathroom. The family room includes a sleeper sofa. The fourth bathroom can be accessed from the family room or from pool side. The second level includes an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. The second level rear lanai overlooks the pool and canal and is accessed from the kitchen and the family room. Two second level bedrooms include king master suite and a queen bedroom and bathroom. These second level bedrooms have a balcony that overlooks the Key Colony Beach 9 hole par 3 golf course.
We are located on a deep water canal with immediate access to the ocean or the gulf. The dock is 37.5' long with a fish cleaning table.
This home provides all of the essentials needed to prepare your catch of the day. You can cook poolside at the outdoor kitchen or in the spacious air conditioned kitchen.
You can walk to Sunset Park or watch the amazing sunset form the upper or lower back patio, either way it is beautiful.
When it is time to pack up you will understand why Key Colony Beach is called "The Gem of the Florida Keys".
