Biltmore Beach House is a gorgeous one-of-a-kind seashell clad two-story beachfront home with 5 Bedrooms + bunkroom, 4.5 bathrooms with in-ground pool, and in the desirable Thomas Dr. area near Schooners. This deluxe home has a coquina exterior (seashells) and features a 1000sf grand room with 22 foot ceilings with ornate crown molding. Downstairs features two guest bedrooms with private baths, grand room with wet bar, modern kitchen with dining bar, formal dining room, laundry room and half bathroom. Upstairs features magnificent master bedroom with private beachfront balcony, huge bathroom with his & her triple shower nozzles and separate Jacuzzi tub, as well as toilet and bidet. Second upstairs bedroom has two set of bunk beds and large private bath. Third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and beautiful ocean view with private balcony. Fourth upstairs bunk room has one set of bunk beds and exercise equipment. There are two queen sofa sleepers located in the living room.
Amenities includes large beach front deck with pool, plus balcony off master bedroom suite, wet bar, ceiling fans, large screen TV in living room. Sleeps 18, 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 sets of bunk beds, and 2 sleeper sofas.
There is a STRICT No-Smoking/No Pets policy. Home is for exclusive use of guests listed on rental agreement. A separate event fee is required for any events at the home and must be approved and set up prior to the rental dates (ie. weddings).
A Rental Agreement and refundable Security Deposit ($1500) is required when booking this home. For Spring Break bookings, a refundable security deposit of $4000 is required. The security deposit will be handled through our rental agency and completed via the Rental Agreement. The security deposit will be run within 48 hours of arrival and is not included in the rental amount. Rental payments are non-refundable.
MINIMUM RENTAL AGE OF 25.
Weddings of any size must be booked through a wedding company. Event Fee and additional charges apply.

Pier Park offers, the Grand IMAX theater, live music, several upscale restaurants and just good all American fast foods. Shopping includes Dillard's, Eagle Outfitters, Charming Charles and several Boutiques.

Greg M.Nice home with a great backyard for pets
My family of ten, plus pets, spent 2 weeks at Sun Danced Retreat at Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for everyone. There is a carport for two cars, and three more can fit in the driveway. A gate from the carport leads to a covered patio and the backyard. While we were there a new hot tub and BBQ grill were delivered and installed. There is a 4’ tall shadowbox wood fence around the entire backyard with no gaps that would allow our 20lb feist to escape. She loved the backyard and spent hours out there, unsupervised, searching the bushes for critters (mostly anoles). Another gate in the backyard leads to a boardwalk that goes to the beautiful, sugar-sand panhandle beach. My family walked 3.3 miles east, down the beach to the rock jetties at St. Andrews State Park. Pier Park is 4 miles west. Access to the ground floor living area is from the covered patio. It has a king bedroom with a bathroom, including a tub and separate shower, and a queen bedroom with bathroom. There is a common sitting area with a couch and TV. From the patio a flight of covered stairs takes you to the covered, 2 nd floor, wrap-around veranda with a full view of the backyard. The view continues across the fence to the beach. The veranda is huge and has Adirondack chairs and room for a crowd. The entrance to the second floor is from the covered veranda. The second floor has two queen bedrooms that share a bath. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Keurig. There is a dining area, den, and laundry area. The den has a fireplace, large TV, and plenty of seating for a crowd. Overlooking the den is a third-floor loft. It has a sitting area with a couch overlooking the den, and a king bedroom with a bath. The access doors for the ground floor and 2nd floor have electronic locks that use the same combination, so everyone has access. Cable and internet service are provided by Xfinity. Internet speed varied from 16 to 219 Mbps, and averaged about 30 Mbps. The property was recently acquired by new owners. It is obvious they have done a lot of work with new paint, furniture, and fixtures. There is still a lot to be done; cleaning drawers and baseboards, getting fitted sheets with pockets deep enough for the mattress, improving lighting in some areas, etc. It is a work in progress. We had a great time and plan to return.

My stay at the Sun Danced Retreat was fantastic. The view of the beach is beautiful. The house is very spacious and it's stocked with the essentials. The kitchen has all the utensil you need to cook so you don't have the need to go out to eat. The fact that it's right on the beach gives you the opportunity to take a few steps to the sea shore and enjoy yourself. My kids loved the treats that were in the mini fridge. I recommend staying here. I would definitely come back.
