Total square feet is approximately 1,500 with an additional 549 square feet of lanais on three sides.
A complete renovation in 2018 gave the condo a coastal modern look while retaining a casual, comfortable feel! Upgrades include open floor plan, Miele and SubZero appliances, whole condo water purifier, porcelain tile, walk in shower in master bath, upgraded fixtures, well stocked kitchen, new furniture and décor. Not a detail was missed!
As you enter the condo, the beachy chic foyer leads to the master suite to the right, guest suite to the left and living/dining/kitchen area straight ahead. Entering the living area, you view the wide part of the bay, with the sun glistening on the water and boating activity during the day. In the night time, lights from the beautiful waterfront homes are a huge advantage to being bayside.
Two comfortable King size pillow-top mattresses with medium firmness will provide a peaceful night's sleep for you and your guests. Guests will love the ability to close the door separating the guest bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the living area, providing privacy. Lanais are accessible from both bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen area.
The living room has a 65” TV, the master bed has a 47” TV and the guest bed has a 40” TV, all allowing you to utilize streaming services. Cable TV and wireless internet service is provided.
Washer and dryer are located in the unit and reasonably priced maid service is available should you want a respite from housekeeping. There is a large storage unit off the west lanai and an additional outdoor storage unit outside the front door to the condo where the beach accessories are stored.

You will LOVE this unit which many prefer over being on the beach side of Gulf Shore Drive. With the incredible variety of views, you feel you are sitting on a perch observing the serene peaceful setting of the Vanderbilt Beach area and Bay. You will be surrounded by marine and wildlife. The breezes flow through the apartment and you can hear the waves from the Gulf from the master bedroom. The morning sun just glistens on the bay.
A beach buggy will allow you to easily transport your beach setup for the day just the few steps to the beach along the private access path. Chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys are included. A boat dock is also available.
A tennis court is on the property as well as a heated pool. The condo includes an assigned under cover parking space.
Area Information
Shopping and dining experiences are many with the Mercato, Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, Tin City and more all in close proximity. Nearby you will find ecotours of the everglades and wilderness, the Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, boat rentals and tours, bird watching, fishing, the Naples Pier, Artis Naples (Baker Museum, Masterworks, Pops and Broadway entertainment venue) and more. There are several health clubs and yoga studios within a short driving distance as well as hiking at Corkscrew Bird Sanctuary.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The beach is directly across the street with private access. This part of the beach is far from the public beaches and provides a less crowded beach experience. Within a mile you can walk to restaurants and bars – Baleens at La Playa, the Turtle Club (best spot in Naples for cocktails at sunset!), Buzz’s Lighthouse, and the Ritz-Carlton restaurants of Gumbo Limbo, Bites, Dusk, Terrazza, The Grill and the Poolside Café. Jet-skis, paddle boards and kayaks can be rented nearby. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is located at the north end of the beach.

About the owner: I’ve been an owner since 2013 and was thrilled to be able to transform it through its recent renovation. I am only able to visit for long weekends and the occasional week vacation and am delighted to share my beach home with guests such as yourself. I know that you will love it as much as I do!
Why this property? I fell in love with Naples and Vanderbilt Beach after escaping the cold north winters for a brief time each winter over the last 10+ years. An avid watcher of Home and Garden TV, on each visit I took in as many open houses and visited properties for sale. I feel the building has the best layout I've seen for a two bedroom/two bath and the views are spectacular. I felt it the minute I saw it. Post renovation its now got that WOW factor!

Great find in Vanderbilt
My wife and I have visited the Naples area to visit relatives in the past and since retirement wanted to come back because of the beauty of the area. We discovered this condo on line and after reviewing its amenities and location decided to arrange a stay. We could not have been more pleased with the all the condo offered including it's proximity to the Vanderbilt beach, how beautiful and professional it was decorated to all the amenities that made us feel like home including the swimming pool adjacent to the building.We had a few questions prior to our arrival which were promptly answered by the owner. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included which made our daily beach time very easy and comfortable. Our overall stay was an excellent experience and its proximity to the Naples area and its attractions could not have been more convenient..We highly recommend it to have an enjoyable, restful and home like experience.

Perfect area, perfect street, beautiful condo.
We love Vanderbilt for all the local amenities, and there's no street more attractive and vibrant than Gulfshore Drive, so we chose the Vanderbilt Bay buildings. This is a mature family area with an active outdoor lifestyle, peaceful white sand beach that runs for miles, and endless quality restaurants.The property and buildings are very well manicured, very well maintained, very clean, and quiet (no motorcycles or pets). This particular condo unit has one of the best views of all the units, is bright and beautifully staged, and comes with everything you need to make your stay exceptional. Sandy (owner) was a complete delight to work with, and ensured everything was perfect from the time we arrived to the day we departed.
