Step directly into the calm ocean from your private shore for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or paddleboarding — with all gear provided, including kayaks, life vests, and bikes. Boaters will appreciate the free community boat ramp and the private mooring ball directly in front of the home, offering quick access to both the Atlantic and bay sides for fishing, diving, or leisure cruising.

After a day on the water, grill your fresh catch on the gas grill, or visit Key Largo’s famous Fish House, where chefs will prepare your fish “Matacumbe” or “Black and Blue” style.
