Everything was great Positive: The home was great for me and my family, we were even able to bring our dog so it was very accommadating! The host was very responsive and helpful our entire stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation 2025. Great area to get away for peace and quiet. Positive: Location was close to pool and then you go for a hike to the beach. And I couldn't believe you had a box fan, awesome! We brought our own for the dog. Negative: Loved the house , nice and quiet . 4 bedrooms was just right for our family vacation. We have rented a lot of houses and there always been a welcome book or basket for the guess. Only thing I would improve is your appliances.

Great, area to stay with your fur puppies, beach allows dogs which is definitely a plus as they love playing too! House was beautifully decorated wirh games and has golf cart option.

Lots of amenities and a good space for families. The pool was nice as were bike paths and beach access (small beach with lots of seaweed but good for small kids). There were a few things that they could do better. One bathroom’s toilets and rugs needed to be cleaned. There were not enough beach towels for our party (if you have more than 4, pack your own) or any spare bath and hand towels. This would not have been a big deal, but when we checked in we were asked if there was anything that they could do to make our stay better or fix for us and when we responded with the above issues, no action was taken or offered. The host instead offered an excuse that someone must have stolen the towels and shock at the poor cleaning job. If the host isn’t willing to fix anything then they shouldn’t ask. After this exchange we were surprised to receive a generic message warning guests to not try to steal anything from the property. I’ve never received such a message before from a host.

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and more than expected. The house was clean, roomy and had plenty of seating. We had 11 people and 2 dogs and never felt crowded. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful but also full of life with other households enjoying the beach, pool and golf carts. My family will definitely be back to stay at Bills place.

Definitely a 5 star Beach Home! Positive: Beautiful beach house in a great community. Great view of the ocean right out your back door. Pool access was great. Beach house was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds! We will definitely put Coastal Dreaming in our top 5 places to rent at Mexico Beach. Owner was nice and quick to respond.

The place is great, I was mostly impressed with the response time and the effort that was put in communication with host. "A Perfect Spring Break Getaway at Saint Joe's Beach" Positive: I recently stayed at Saint Joe's Beach with my family during spring break, and we had an amazing time! Absolutely Outstanding

This place surpassed all of our expectations. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time trying to make sure guests are comfortable. Plus they have an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are only about 9 or 10 houses in the neighborhood with good views of the Gulf and only a few of those are rentals. The have an fabulous outdoor area/patio and a spacious back yard for the kids to play, in a community with tiny lots. They really have everything. Highly recommend!

Love Port Saint Joe, definitely will come back!!! Positive: The property is really cute and peaceful. The house accommodated our group very well as it is spacious. The location in Saint Port Joe is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. It’s is only a 10 min drive to downtown SPJ. The bikes were a nice gesture for our kids to ride around. Negative: As a group of adults and children, we needed some cleaning supplies and could not locate them. Also, since our arrival we tried to get the golf cart and we’re never able to get it as we did not get a response from property manager and when we did, we never received the agreement to be able to get the golf cart. That was disappointing as we wanted to use it and the booking listing specified that it was available for an extra fee which we were willing to pay. Also we were giving a code for the pool and unfortunately it did not work. After several text and phone calls to property manger we were giving the correct code. Overall, we would recommend this place.

Home had plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. View of the water from the distance and sunset from home. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around on golf cart. I wouldn’t want to be without a golf cart, bill has one for a great rental price and at the home so no need to rent from a 3rd party which is great. Code to the golf cart key was incorrect when we first arrived and then about an hour later he got us the correct code. There is no coffee provided for the coffee bar which was a little odd, I could have brought my own if it was in the listing to BYOB but short trip I did not need to buy an entire bag and we were able to go down to the small town via golf cart for some coffee. Beautiful beach vibe colors and a large kitchen. Would stay here again. Thanks Bill!

Overall, our stay was wonderful and the house was excellent. We had 6 kids, ages 10-20 and 2 adults. Beautiful house, great location, CLEAN.A couple of suggestions that are easy fixes for the future and would further elevate the experience.1: there is no full-length mirror anywhere in the house. A $10 Walmart mirror on the back of a bedroom door to look at an outfit top to bottom would be so helpful.2: small/sample size containers of salt and pepper would be a nice addition to the kitchen.3: there is some sort of drain trap in the main bathtub. This may be common at the beach, but being from the Midwest, we were unaware so some instructions in the bathroom would be so helpful. With 5 people showering in there, it backed up very quickly. Delayed response from owner and then only a question about if we’d stuck something down the drain (we obviously had not). We bought Drano ourselves and when we took out the stopper to pour it in, we found the trap and dumped it, fixing the issue. Drano was not needed or used and it ended up a simple fix, but some info about this and how to clean it out would have saved us much time. It had to be cleaned out twice in our 5-night stay, and probably would have been three times if we’d known about it from the start.Overall, it was a great experience and a fabulous home. The layout, amenities, and kitchen and living room setup allowed us lots of family time and room for everyone to hang out comfortably.

We had niece graduate from Port St Joe High School and we are from Mobile and needed a place to stay. It was also a little vacation time, which was much needed. The location is amazing, it is between Mexico beach and Port St Joe.

Great location in the Windmark community. Property is properly maintained and clean. Pictures accurately represent the house. There are lots of extras that really help to enjoy the property. This is a quiet neighborhood with a new pool and a short walk to the beach

Positive: The layout of the house was perfect for a wheelchair to get around. It was clean and decorated wonderfully. The beds were comfortable. The kids liked the ping pong table. Negative: It said it was handicapped accessible, and we had to make a ramp to get in and out cause the front door had a 3" step and we couldn't get my son's wheelchair in without it.

This dream home was an absolute gem! You can relax on the back patio and watch the amazing sunsets on the bay! Just a short walk and your feet are on the white sand beaches! This well decorated home felt safe and offered relaxed comfort! The custom tiled walk-in shower exceeded our expectations & the bed mattress provided for good night sleep. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay There were also extras (games, beach chairs, bicycles & more) that added extra value for our vacation stay! We will be definitely be back!

It was a pleasure working with Bill and staying in his beautiful home in Port St Joe. The home was just as described and was lovely. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. The home is new and was immaculate. Our family enjoyed all of the extras…golf cart, games, patio and Blackstone! This property was everything we expected and more! The house was clean and had everything needed to make our stay perfect. The location was great and highly suggest also renting the on property golf cart which makes getting to the beach and Windmark Village Center a breeze. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. We hope to visit again soon.
