Bring your entire family to this designer furnished 3275 foot pool home in the heart of the sought after Solterra Resort. We have designed every detail to provide you with the perfect vacation.
2 Master Suites with large ensuite bathrooms. A total 6 bedrooms and 5 Full Bathrooms!! Sleep great on our new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses.
A gourmet chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even your choice of Nespresso, Keurig or brewed coffee makers. Every detail has been considered! So well equipped you'll never want to go out to the amazing restaurants all near by. We have supply some Keurig coffee pods, some tea, creamers, sugar to get you started during your stay, as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels, dish towels, dishwasher packets, laundry packets, salt and pepper.
Your large group can gather in the spacious great room for movie night with complimentary streaming or to play board games. All 6 bedrooms each have their own Smart TV so everyone can have their own space when needed.
The fully enclosed private backyard oasis with your own private pool, hot tub, BBQ grill available and very sunny south exposure. There is even a smart TV on the patio to watch your favourite sporting event or movie while enjoying the outdoors!
Pool heat is recommended October through April and is charged at $35/day. Spa heat can be added in the summer months for $17.50/day.
The high end Solterra Resort Clubhouse is a short block away and is all included at no additional fees with a huge zero entry pool, water slide, lazy river, tennis courts, fitness centre, playground and even a cafe. You will never want to leave!!

Solterra Resort is often described as "the best gated resort lifestyle community in the Orlando attraction area." It is convenient to everything in the Orlando area. Disney World, Universal, Orlando's many attraction destinations and the Orange County Convention Center are minutes away. So are the area's best shopping destinations. The city of Davenport also has several annual festivals.
Our goal is for you to have all the comforts of a large beautiful home in the center of a resort community, and of course to have your best vacation ever!

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:
* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. 2 parking spaces on the drive and any further must be parked in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will be prepaying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.
As a private host, we do our best to offer a 5 Star vacation experience in our beautiful home. We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.

This is my families 3rd time staying at one of the condos at the Solterra community! This home was the perfect size for my entire family of 12. It was spacious, clean and the pool was a hit with the kids. The community pool area is also an added bonus. Devon was so easy to communicate with and my entire family had a great stay. Best part was we could be all together to enjoy extra family time. I highly recommended staying ! We will be back again!

Beautiful home, great layout, plenty of room for 9 people. Pool and hot tub a lot of fun, with nice seating in the outdoor space. Owner responsive, easy location, and being in a nice resort was a bonus with added amenities. Old school video game was a surprise bonus. Would be happy to rent again.

Stayed for 2 weeks in October 2023.Pretty much everything you need in a villa.The hot tub heated up quickly, the pool was definitely big enough and also deep enough. This was refreshing. Often such pools are only waist deep at best but Solterra beach villa has a deep end!There's also the nearby resort pool with it's slide and lazy river. We especially enjoyed the Saturday morning aqua zumba classes.Bedrooms big and airy, with an upstairs and a downstairs sitting/TV area, as well as one by the pool. Upstairs had a retro games console which was a big hit.Plenty space in the kitchen for preparation and cooking with lots of cookware. And a cupboard full of assorted refillable cups from the parks that could be used.The owner was very quick to respond to any messages and deal with any issues we had.

We have recently returned from a 2 week stay and I honestly couldn't fault the villa at all. It was perfect, so much thought has gone into making this a perfect vacation home whilst providing homely touches for comfort. The house provided everything we needed, it was in pristine condition, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool was really great for the children. There was a pool safety fence which we put up to stop our 16 month trying to run into the pool, which was a godsend as she was able to run around outside without worry. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back in the future. Devon was really friendly and very helpful from the start of booking, to answering our questions on planning our trip through to be contactable when we were there. This is my 9th stay in Orlando and the best place we have stayed so far.

The Villa is stunning and provided everything we needed and more. At night you sleep like babies because the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen facilities are second to none. We were 6 Adults and found plenty of space to socialise and find quiet spaces when required. The pool area was used all the time. The most important feedback has to be for the Owners! The communication and responses to questions were fantastic and often immediate. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. We loved it.

We arrived to a very clean, modern home. Everything about this house was amazing. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We were a group of 12 and the house was so spacious, we never felt crowded. The pool and spa go so much use and again lots of room, for our big group to enjoy. The game room with the Air Hockey and Table Tennis was constantly used. We had so much fun and would love to return Devon and Grant were so amazing to deal with. Any problems were just a email away, to which we would receive a response within minutes. This was truly appreciated it. Such amazing hosts! They also made check in and check out so easy for us. Cannot say enough about how great they were to deal with

We enjoyed every moment of our vacation in this lovely villa. Every little detail has been thought over and provided. The beds are super comfy with tons of closet space in each room. We loved having so much space, the kids each had their own room with TV's / cable etc.Our favourite thing to do after a long day at the theme parks was to kick back in the fab pool and hot tub with a glass of wine.Just 20 mins to Disney World, the location was absolutely perfect.Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, this home is an absolute dream. Thank you so much for making our vacation so special.
