This property’s open living/dining/kitchen floor plan features a large living space with a flat screen TV overlooking the pool area.

The large eat-in kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space, wine refrigerator, and breakfast bar that seats 3. The large dining table will seat up to 12 for coastal feasts, card games, puzzles, and spending time making beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

Sleeping accommodations at SGI Refuge feature the North king bedroom with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, full private bathroom with fabulous walk-in shower, and direct access to the covered screened patio.

The West double queen bedroom sleeps four (2 queen beds) and enjoys a flat screen TV and direct access to the covered, screened patio.

The bunk bedroom sleeps 4 (2 twin bunk beds) and has a flat screen TV.

The queen double bedroom and the bunk bedroom share the full bathroom (shower/tub combo) in the hallway. An additional half bathroom is available for guest convenience.
