The exterior of this property offers a secluded bayfront setting with covered parking, enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, outdoor ground level living space with comfortable furniture, mini fridge, charcoal grill, spacious covered screened porch with comfortable seating, large dining table for al fresco meals overlooking the Bay, porch swing and ceiling fans. Steps off the bayfront porch lead directly to the ground level deck with more comfortable seating, and the private dock with swim ladder, fish cleaning table, and built-in benches to take in panoramic views of the waterfront. Two beach chairs, beach wagon, and two kayaks (one 1-seater, one 2-seater) (life vest provided).

Inside, Flamingo Bay features one-floor living with a large and open living/dining/kitchen area with stunning waterfront views and direct porch access. Sleeping accommodations at Flamingo Bay feature the large king master bedroom with adjoining sunroom, offering luxury and privacy. The fabulous master bathroom offers double vanities, large walk-in shower, soaker tub, and custom walk-in closet/dressing room. The queen bedroom with full bathroom and twin bedroom with full bathroom, both located on the opposite side of the house from the master suite, offer plenty of sleeping options for your group.
