Stairs lead to the open living/dining/kitchen area on the second floor. Here, comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and direct access to the covered Gulf deck provide soothing spaces to relax and enjoy your Island vacation. The queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping for your crew. The kitchen is open to the living area and is stocked with everything the chef if your crew will need to prepare beachside feasts. The dining table and bar counter stools provide plenty of space for hungry beach vacationers to enjoy shared meals and play games.

Stairs lead to the loft area above the living space, with twin beds and a flat screen TV, bringing sleeping capacity for Splash to 8!
