The exterior offers covered, concrete parking under the home and interior access to the living quarters. The “beach refrigerator” located in the ground level foyer makes beach runs for drinks and snacks a breeze. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is perfect after a day on the water. The outdoor staircase on the Gulf front provides easy access to the shimmering sand from the first floor of the home. A shaded deck with park-style grill and fish-cleaning table is perfect for cooking up that “Fresh from Florida” catch of the day!

Enclosed foyer stairs on the ground floor lead to the living spaces above, and a convenient guest elevator makes unloading and loading your gear and groceries a breeze. The first floor’s sleeping accommodations feature the beachside King master suite with access to the Gulf-front deck and stunning coastal views, flat screen TV, remote work space, and full bathroom with spa tub and separate shower, and direct access to the north (Bayside) covered deck. Another beachfront King bedroom offers a flatscreen TV, remote work space and direct access to the Gulf- front deck. The north-side bunk bedroom includes a Queen bed and a Triple Twin XL bunk bed with a flat screen TV and direct access to a covered porch with Bay views. The bunk room and the King bedroom share the full bathroom located in the hallway. A laundry area with washer/dryer is provided for guest convenience on this floor. The second floor’s open living/dining/kitchen space is the heart of this beach vacation home. The living area features plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screen TV for movie nights, or just spending time catching up with family and friends. A modern queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room for 2 extra sleeping accommodations. The large dining table seats up to 14, and will be a favorite gathering spot for meals, games, puzzles and spending time with family and friends while making memories that will last a lifetime.

There is plenty of space to gather inside or outside on the beachfront decks with amazing views of the Gulf beaches and turquoise waters beyond. Plentiful deck furniture, and tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, provide lots of options for outdoor entertainment on both Gulf front decks! Back inside, the fully-stocked kitchen with an induction cooktop and two refrigerators with three ice makers has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. The chef in your crew will appreciate being a part of the fun while cooking and enjoying Gulf AND Bay views. The kitchen also offers direct access to the Bayside covered deck with an additional outdoor dining table and views of the Bay. The second floor’s King master bedroom suite features beautiful Bay views, direct access to a covered deck, a full bathroom, and flat screen TV. This is the perfect “grandparents room” at the top of the elevator and on the main kitchen/dining/living room floor. A half bathroom on the second floor provides additional guest convenience. The third floor’s private King bedroom suite with flat screen TV offers a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to the private balcony with lounger chairs and amazing Gulf views.

Sunset Beach community amenities include a gated entrance adjacent to the State Park, a heated community pool, an open-air clubhouse, a tennis court, and an outdoor grill area with a park-style grill. 2 Well-behaved dogs welcome in this home! Parking at Sun of a Sailor is limited to 5 automobile-size parking spaces under the house and/or in the driveway. Additional parking for vehicles, a boat, boat trailer, etc., must be approved in advance by the Community Manager.
