Eastpoint’s seafood markets and craft brewery are just over the bridge, and the happening shopping, arts, and culinary scene of charming Apalachicola is just a half an hour’s drive by car!

Located in exclusive Sunset Beach, Time in a Bottle offers private, off-street parking, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Weber gas grill, park-style grill, and seashell/fish cleaning station. Enjoy a friendly game of Cornhole to become the champion and earn bragging rights during your entire stay. The beach boardwalk is diagonally across the street from this property, and the community clubhouse with grill area, swimming pool, and community tennis court are steps away. 

INTERIOR TOUR

Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above, and the elevator is available for guest use (additional fee). The North-facing first floor king suite with flat screen TV offers stunning views of the Apalachicola Bay, and the spacious full bathroom features a spa tub and separate shower. The private deck with comfortable seating is the perfect place to enjoy the serenity of this property and watch sunsets over the Bay. The first floor’s hallway offers a coffee bar w mini fridge and a full laundry area. The SW king bedroom with flat screen TV offers amazing Gulf views, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private deck access. The SE king bedroom with flat screen TV and private deck access with Gulf views shares a full bathroom in the hallway (shower/tub combo) with the twin bedroom with flat screen TV on this floor. On the second floor, guests are greeted by a fabulous décor in soothing tones with a spacious, open plan. Lots of comfortable seating and beach-friendly tile floors with seagrass area rugs accent the coastal vibe, and large glass doors provide loads of natural light and stunning views of the Bay. The large covered deck is perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining and offers comfortable seating for taking in sunsets and coastal breezes.

Back inside, the fabulous dining table with upholstered chairs seats 8, and kitchen counters seat 6, providing lots of room for your crew at mealtime. A highchair and a children’s dining table are provided for the little ones in your crew. The large kitchen features fabulous stainless Kitchen-Aid appliances including a standalone ice machine. Large Corian counters provide lots of meal preparation space, and the chef in your crew will appreciate being able to visit with guests and take in coastal views while preparing beachside feasts.

A second sitting area with bar creates lots of space for your crew to spread out and enjoy their beach vacation, and a desk in the living area is perfect for remote workers and students. Truly, this property has everything you could think of for the perfect beach vacation! A powder room/half bath on the second floor provides additional guest convenience. The queen bedroom with full bathroom (shower/tub combo) rounds out sleeping accommodations for this property and offers a flat screen TV and private deck access with Adirondack chairs to take in Gulf breezes and views.
