A short 2 miles bike ride or walk away. Golf cart rentals also available for your stay (the best way to get around).
How to book tee times?
Once the HOA Golf is transferred you may book tee times up to two weeks online at (you will have all the same privileges as members as long as you are our guest)
Distance to closest resturant/bar?
We have 4 resturants/bars with outdoor dining options in our community about 2 miles away without leaving Babcock Ranch. The Lakehouse Bar and Grill and Slater's are located in Founders Square where food truck Fridays and the farmers market set up. In the Publix in Crescent B Commons We have two locally owned restaurants called M'Xuma's Tacos and Pi Local. They are quite tasty and convent.

Deborah F.Nice & Relaxing Condo in Amazing Golf Resort.
The 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo was roomy and cozy with a large kitchen which I love since I am a foodie. I spent most my time at the large pool and hot tub while my husband golfed his heart out. Our pup Rosie also enjoyed her time there visiting with other pups. We enjoyed eating at the Tiki bar. The food was delicious. I also loved the spa in which I had an amazing relaxing pedicure! We also visited nearby Fisherman's Village and Sanibel Island which were awesome day trips. All and all a great experience. Would definately recommend. We will be coming back next year!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The Condo was very comfortable with a very spacious kitchen and the most beautiful view from our balcony. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony overlooking at the Golf Course and Lake and watching the sunsets! We also enjoyed the amenities from the beautiful pool area, Gym, Tiki Bar (lovely food ) and of course the Golf course. The Landlord was always easy to contact when we had questions and was always very kind and pleasant. We 100% recommend to stay here !

I loved staying at this condo with my wife. There was so much to do at Babcock. You have a great view of the golf course and pond from your back patio. They had plenty of restaurants and a Krogers in the community so you don’t have to worry about going hungry! If you like activities, there is a very nice golf course and new pickle ball courts. We look forward to coming back again soon!
