Welcome to The Palms at Young Circle - Postcards from Hollywood Florida! A family-owned, family-managed, boutique short-term furnished home.

This private home has two entrances located at the front and from the private back patio. It's perfect for families and can accommodate up to 6 people and 2 driveway parking spots, with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of tea and coffee to caffeinate or make your favorite espresso. :-)

Each TV comes integrated with streaming Roku and is Netflix-ready (for any streaming service you may have). All 4 Roku TVs come with a free Roku channel with over 1,200 free movies, shows, music, and live TV included. So there's ALWAYS something entertaining to watch for the whole family whether it's crime, drama, documentaries, cartoons, sports, thrillers, or music on Pandora!

The guest bedroom offers an office amenities package, which includes a dedicated workstation with a wireless color printer and all necessary supplies for all your work-from-home needs. Our high-speed internet is serviced directly through our Comcast business account which provides a more robust bandwidth than consumer accounts = reliability. For consumer accounts, the internet broadband is allocated with "up to speeds" depending on the time of day, number of devices, etc.

Business broadband operates on a separate network of "speed tier plus" of 104% on a separate network with commercial-grade equipment with unlimited data including security edge features to protect the entire network through their cloud-based network against viruses, botnets, drive-by phishing, or malware.

So you can confidently host or join your Zoom meetings, video conferences, and online presentations with no issues, as many of our guests have already done.

Your queen-sized Serta bed is made with all Hypoallergenic, 1800 Series Hotel Collection bed sheets, Langria Luxury Hotel Collection 100% Cotton Plush Pillows, and a Chezmoi Collection, Austin 3-Piece Bedspread. We also added another set of Hypoallergenic, Beckham Hotel Collection Luxury Gel Pillows.

In the bathroom, you'll find Pinzon Blended Egyptian White Cotton Towels.

Our guests have complete privacy. Hosts are available as needed.
**WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH BOOKING?**

1-4 GUESTS: If you're a group of 4 guests or less, your booking comes with 2 queen beds. If you'd like to add a sofa bed setup, there's a $50 one-time linen fee to use the queen sofa bed with a mattress topper. The queen sofa bed is located in the den, which serves as the third bedroom and can be closed off using pocket doors. If you'd like to reserve a twin air bed setup in addition to the queen sofa bed, there is an additional $50 fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like to reserve an extra bed.

5 GUESTS: Bookings for 5 guests come with 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. If you'd like to reserve 1 or 2 air beds, there is an added cost of $50 per air bed setup. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like to reserve an extra bed.

6 GUESTS: Bookings for 6 guests come with 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. If you'd like to reserve 1 or 2 air beds, there is an added cost of $50 per air bed setup. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like to reserve an extra bed.

This house comes with ***2 off-street driveway parking spots*** for your group as needed. They are numerically assigned and you'll be informed which parking spaces to use on the day of your arrival.

If you need to print something out or use a computer with office software, head over to FedEx at Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard. It’s a 9-minute walk or you can go by car since there’s usually enough free parking there right out front.

You can ship anything overnight at FedEx, but if you’d like to send certified mail or packages at the most affordable rates, head to the nearest Post Office at 1801 Polk Street, open til 6 pm during the week. 7 minutes by foot.

About the owner: Hi, I'm Danielle! I have a Master's in Arts Administration and a Bachelor's in Literature from Washington University. I'm also an academic coach for adults and children who need help with executive functioning.

I met Marco in NYC in 2008, moved to South Florida in 2014, and got married in 2015. We love the endless summers here and look forward to sharing some sunshine in Hollywood with you!

The Palms at Young Circle is a family-owned and family-managed vacation rental boutique. After traveling the world together for the past 10 years, we've noticed that we've had to pay higher and higher prices to get a good stay.

While we don't mind spending luxury rates for a luxury stay, we don't believe you should have to pay luxury rates just to get a good stay. We like to think our properties have everything we'd expect without having to pay high rates just to get it. A good location, at a good value, and a good experience. Because that's what we want when we travel!

49-inch Roku HDTV with over 20 local (HD) channels, and Netflix ready. Also books, board games and an umbrella for those 10 minutes a day it rains.
The den has a queen-sized sleeper couch with a 30oz alternative down mattress topper. It also features a granite blue, 6 drawer dresser, and a wall-mounted 40-inch Roku HDTV. Pocket doors are opened here but can be closed for complete privacy.

Master bedroom with master closet and two side tables. Each lamp has an outlet and a USB outlet. Mini-split ACs are super-efficient and very quiet.

En suite master bathroom. This bathroom has a semi-frameless shower stall. Near the sink, you'll find organic moisturizer and hand soap. In each bathroom, you'll find Pinzon Blended Egyptian White Cotton Towels.

The second bedroom has an office and library, including an HP printer/scanner/copier with 2 trays, heavy-duty stapler, a USB-ready lamp, and other office supplies. The co-working desk is large enough for two people to work comfortably together.
Our multi-dimensional space comes with a curated library that carries diverse topics such as poetry, business, art, the psychology of success, spirituality and other whimsical surprises...you might even hope it rains longer! :-)
Your wireless all-in-one HP color printer features 2 trays and can handle two different types of paper in one job. It prints double-sided, up to 24 black and white pages/minute, scans, copies and has a color touch screen for easier navigation.
The main bathroom is in the hallway adjacent to the second bedroom. This bathroom has a tub for soaking. Near the sink, you'll find organic moisturizer and hand soap. In each bathroom, you'll find Pinzon Blended Egyptian White Cotton Towels.
Both bathrooms have organic body wash, sulfate-free shampoo, and conditioner.
The private patio is located just outside the back door leading out from the kitchen area and can seat up to 8 people. A blue canopy above provides shade during sunny days and the string lights add ambiance to your summer evenings.

The industrial gray shed in the back patio houses a private washer and dryer inside.
Your laundry facility is located inside the industrial gray shed. The Whirlpool washer is high efficiency with a stainless steel wash basket. The Whirlpool dryer features Wrinkle Shield that will tumble your clothes for up to 90 minutes after drying.

Miami Weekend

Unit was very clean and simple to find. The hosts provided excellent directions and user guide manual for the unit and exploring the area. Everything worked and the advertised pictures are true to life. Close to shopping, restaurants, nightclubs/bars all in walking distance. Hollywood Beach is very close and has been reno aged with lots to do. The unit is close to interstate 95 as well for access to Fort Lauderdale or Miami. I definitely would stay again!

Beyond fabulous

Our stay at Artsy was simply the best. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house was simply awesome. I will recommend this place to family and friends. The hosts answered me immediately. I love it!!!

Great experience

Such a cute, "home-y" place. The pictures didn't do it justice. Well kept, clean and very accommodating to guests. Clear instructions, guidebook for local places to check out and communication was easy and timely. The little things such as a gift set, flowers and even a toilet paper rose added the perfect touch to our stay. We will definitely be back!
