Welcome to The Palms at Young Circle - Postcards from Hollywood Florida! A family-owned, family-managed, boutique short-term furnished home.

This private home has two entrances located at the front and from the private back patio. It's perfect for families and can accommodate up to 6 people and 2 driveway parking spots, with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of tea and coffee to caffeinate or make your favorite espresso. :-)

Our flagship PYC home comes with 2 free parking spaces for confirmed guests and free high-speed commercial WiFi. One parking spot comes with a dedicated electric vehicle charging outlet.

The living room and each bedroom have over 25 live HD antenna channels. Each TV comes integrated with streaming Roku and is Netflix-ready (for any streaming service you may have). All 4 Roku TVs come with a free Roku channel with over 1,200 free movies, shows, music, and live TV included. So there's ALWAYS something entertaining to watch for the whole family whether it's crime, drama, documentaries, cartoons, sports, thrillers, or music on Pandora!

The guest bedroom offers an office amenities package, which includes a dedicated workstation with a wireless color printer and all necessary supplies for all your work-from-home needs. Our high-speed internet is serviced directly through our Comcast business account which provides a more robust bandwidth than consumer accounts = reliability. For consumer accounts, the internet broadband is allocated with "up to speeds" depending on the time of day, number of devices, etc.

Business broadband operates on a separate network of "speed tier plus" of 104% on a separate network with commercial-grade equipment with unlimited data including security edge features to protect the entire network through their cloud-based network against viruses, botnets, drive-by phishing, or malware.

So you can confidently host or join your Zoom meetings, video conferences, and online presentations with no issues, as many of our guests have already done.

Your queen-sized Serta bed is made with all Hypoallergenic, 1800 Series Hotel Collection bed sheets, Langria Luxury Hotel Collection 100% Cotton Plush Pillows, and a Chezmoi Collection, Austin 3-Piece Bedspread. We also added another set of Hypoallergenic, Beckham Hotel Collection Luxury Gel Pillows.

In the bathroom, you'll find Pinzon Blended Egyptian White Cotton Towels.

Our guests have complete privacy. Hosts are available as needed.
**WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH BOOKING?**

1-4 GUESTS: If you're a group of 4 guests or less, your booking comes with 2 queen beds. If you'd like to add a sofa bed setup, there's a $50 one-time linen fee to use the queen sofa bed with a mattress topper. The queen sofa bed is located in the den, which serves as the third bedroom and can be closed off using pocket doors. If you'd like to reserve a twin air bed setup in addition to the queen sofa bed, there is an additional $50 fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like to reserve an extra bed.

5 GUESTS: Bookings for 5 guests come with 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. If you'd like to reserve 1 or 2 air beds, there is an added cost of $50 per air bed setup. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like to reserve an extra bed.

6 GUESTS: Bookings for 6 guests come with 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. If you'd like to reserve 1 or 2 air beds, there is an added cost of $50 per air bed setup. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like to reserve an extra bed.

This house comes with ***2 off-street driveway parking spots*** for your group as needed. They are numerically assigned and you'll be informed which parking spaces to use on the day of your arrival.

If you need to print something out or use a computer with office software, head over to FedEx at Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard. It’s a 9-minute walk or you can go by car since there’s usually enough free parking there right out front.

You can ship anything overnight at FedEx, but if you’d like to send certified mail or packages at the most affordable rates, head to the nearest Post Office at 1801 Polk Street, open til 6 pm during the week. 7 minutes by foot.

There’s a personal fitness center located just two blocks away. It is fully equipped with free weights, cable machines, treadmills, and bikes. Reasonable daily and weekly rates for singles and couples. Open til 8 pm.

If you’re in need of a massage, JothiVita at 500 N Federal Highway, offers many spa services, body treatments, skincare, acupuncture, Reiki, and Ayurvedic or Western massage. They also offer Yoga classes, and meditation workshops to rejuvenate mentally. It’s a 6-minute walk and they’re open til 7 pm.

WHAT ARE OUR CLEANING STANDARDS & PROCEDURES?

The cleaning company we work with has always maintained very high cleaning standards, as you can see from our reviews over the past 3 years. You might be surprised to learn that even many 4 and 5-star hotels around the world don't use mattress encasements, box spring encasements, and pillow protectors -- which you'll find in all our properties at all times and is 100% waterproof and hypoallergenic. This is the most sanitary and hygienic Vacation Rental practice to protect the integrity of the bedding and linens. It's something you won't find us mention anywhere else, but have always done from even before we opened on our first day. 

For all white linens and towels, we work with a professional laundry and dry clean company that uses hot water and bleach mixed with some baking soda. After 20 years in service, they use the products they have found to produce the best cleaning results while still being gentle enough for most with skin sensitivities. They service large hotels in the area and use the same best-practice cleaning procedures with all their clients.
