MariaI had a wonderful experience at this property. From the moment I arrived, everything was immaculately clean. The communication with the host was amazing—always attentive, responsive, and extremely kind. I felt well taken care of at every step, from check-in to check-out. The access to the property was super easy; the instructions were clear. The location is excellent—very central and safe. The apartment is well-equipped: the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the decor is beautiful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. I absolutely recommend it 100%. I will definitely stay here again!

MelissaI was expecting both bedrooms to have a TV but they didn’t. Not enough towels provided and also no wash clothes provided. No paper towel provided to clean up after ourselves. AC is bedroom with bunk bed didn’t work. People next door had dogs that barked at all hours of the night.

WassimPositive: The price was good for Miami. Negative: We had the house for a week. Minimum amount of towels. One per each. Pillows were minimal and bed Was not very comfortable. Bathroom tap barely worked. Coffee machine present but not even any coffee available. We bought some coffee and left it there for the next clients. Hopefully they will keep it there for them. The couch was not clean and not comfortable. It's a place to crash. Price is good for the area. But it's an about hour away from Miami.

DianeAdequate to nice but not a luxury house. Positive: The place was adequately cleaned. It was within 10 minutes of the beach. There is a delightful bakery called the Bake Shack that had amazing sweet rolls and donuts. We visited there daily. The hosts made attempts to remedy the lack of bed linens but we would have liked a roll of paper towels to clean up spilled water on the floor. I asked for it but never received it. Negative: The exterior and the yard was pretty uninviting. Could have had nice outdoor furniture or landscaped yard. The title "Luxury House" really set me up for a disappointment. I would have been happier if it had been called casual beach cottage. That is inviting and honest. There really wasn't anything luxury about it. The walls were in tough shape with crumbling plaster in the kitchen and lots of scuffed or peeling paint. The furniture (kitchen table and couch) was okay but not super comfortable. The four sisters couldn't all sit in the living room at one time.

KatrinaThis place looked just like the pictures. It was cute & clean. The linens and towels stuck out the most to me. When I showered the towels smelled fresh and clean and when we went to bed the bedding also smelled fresh and clean. Close to beach, lots of restaurants to choose from and so much shopping! Overall great stay!

ChristopherDon't let the outside picture fool you! You don't want to pass up this little gem! Positive: This is a very nice, updated and clean little bungalow. The check in process was very easy and the owner is very responsive. This is a gem of a property. Negative: I actually wished there were wash cloths and paper towels available. The WIFI was not very strong. If you require internet for working purposes it might be too slow for uploading documents.

The house felt very homey and the best part it had a crib for my 5 month old. He recommended local areas for us to get our personal essentials. And was very understanding of my situation. OliviaAwesome! Positive: We loved Everything… all details were very well thought of to make sure our stay was comfortable! We were surprised that it had a comal and a pack and play! Location was everything… we were literally minutes from the beach, minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel and we got to enjoy the guitar light show, and minutes from Hollywood Beach boardwalk! It was also 25 min from downtown Miami and we got to sight see and shop at Bayside Market. Negative: Needs washer and dryer and would be 100% perfect but this didn’t negate the property at all. We knew what to expect since we saw it didn’t have a washer and dryer.

MichaelaIt's a lovely property. We do recommend it! Positive: It was easy to find with a good parking situation. The flat was clean and well-equipped. We got clear instructions, and the host stayed in touch the whole time. Negative: It is close to the railway, and the cargo trains are noisy if you are a light sleeper. But it goes only a few times per day.

AlexandraNah zum Flughafen, ruhig , Registrierung muss überarbeitet werden Positive: Man hatte viel Platz und es war nah zum Flughafen. So das wir bei Ankunft nicht lange fahren mussten.Die Vermieterin am Telefon war sehr nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sicher da alles Kamera überwacht ist. Sehr ruhige Gegend . Negative: Die Betten waren zusammengeschustert und bei jeder Bewegung machen sie sehr viel Krach. Bei Ankuft hatten wir das Problem, dass wir durch das 1. Tor nicht gekommen sind, da man uns den PIN nicht geschickt hatte. Und das alles leider nach 24 Stunden Anreise und mit 2 müden kleinen Kindern. Den PIN hatte man uns nicht geschickt, weil wir auf einen LiNk bei booking.com nicht geantwortet hatten. Da forderte man uns auf weiter 300 Doller zu zahlen . In in diesem Link stand der Zugangscode zum Hauseingang aber wie gesagt nicht zum Tor.Wir haben natürlich nicht weitere 300 doller gezahlt. Wir haben dann beim Vermieter angerufen und uns den PIN Code via Telefon sagen lassen. Dafür sollten wir dann den Führerschein zukommen lassen. Bei booking.com wird klar gesagt auf keinen Fall auf weitere links einzugehen. Da muss echt nachgearbeitet werden. Und man hat am Gartentor den 1. Schlüssel und dann am Zimmer 2. Schlüssel. Etwas kompliziert. Da der 1. Schlüssel für beide Wohnungen ist, und unsere Nachbarn den Schlüssel wohl gleich schon verbummelt hatten.Es gab für 4 Personen 4 Handtücher. Toll wären etwas mehr.
