Guest key fob fee of $30 for duration of the stay is collected by front desk upon check-in for every 3 adult guests 18 and over.
No beach sand to be brought up to the condo, please rinse off before coming upstairs after going to the beach.
No smoking of any kind in the condo is allowed. If evidence of smoking is found, guests will lose all security deposit of $350.

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 15 days before check-in date

We rented this condo last year for January and returned for March in 2025. The location is perfect. Restaurants like Duffy's, Le Tub, Padrinos are all conveniently located. We really enjoyed the Saturday morning tour and breakfast at Gulfstream Racetrack. Dania Point is close and has great restaurants and shopping. Drove to Saw Grass Outlets which is like no other. All high end stores. Shopped in Fort Lauderdale, too. Used the pool daily and liked early morning walks on the beach. Just an absolutely perfect vacation spot. The condo is tastefully decorated and has every possible amenity. The owner has beach chairs, paddle boards, toys for children for the sand. Beach towels provided and such a clean quiet place. No negative aspect to this condo!!
