The Villa at North Beach is the perfect base for relaxation on South Florida’s beautiful Atlantic Coast. Enjoy the comfort of this new and elegant beach house, thoughtfully equipped for the perfect beach vacation!
With over 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, staying at the Villa is like having your own, private boutique hotel (the home even has an elevator), with room for everyone to come together and also enjoy their own privacy, in casually chic coastal surroundings.
The fourth floor terrace is your own rooftop oasis, with beautiful views of the ocean and of the Intracoastal Waterway. You can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Intracoastal, while lounging on your terrace or in your Endless pool, drink in hand. You can lounge by the pool on comfortable furniture, in the sun or shade, grabbing a drink from the nearby beverage centre whenever you need one, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. If you are feeling more energetic, you can swim against the current of the Endless pool. The terrace also has comfortable furniture for dining under the sun or stars, and a large Weber gas grill.
Just a few steps from your front door, you can enjoy the white sand and turquoise waters of Hollywood’s secluded North Beach, with lifeguards on duty during the daytime and a beach shower to rinse off. The house comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach chairs, towels, parasols, cooler bags, boogie boards, beach toys, plus a beach cart to carry it all.
With four bedrooms on two floors, the house is perfect for either four couples or two families to share. Each of the first floor bedrooms can be set up with either a king bed, or two twin beds, depending on the needs of your group. These two first floor bedrooms share a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. On the second floor are two spacious and luxurious master suites, one on the north side of the house, and one on the south. Each master has a walk-in closet, 60-inch television, and ensuite bathroom, with a spacious vanity, featuring double sinks, deep soaker tub, and large walk-in shower. The south facing master has its own balcony.
The street is quiet and the home is cool and comfortable -- you will sleep like a baby on the new, high-end mattresses. Each bed is made-up with high quality linens, including crisp, cool percale sheets by Frette.
The Villa boasts indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces located on the third floor and on the fourth floor terrace.
On the third floor, you will enjoy the open floor plan, with kitchen, living room and dining room sharing one expansive, sunny area, while the office and media room occupy the north side of the house.
The kitchen is a cook's dream. It has an enormous granite topped island, where you will find yourself gathering to enjoy drinks or snacks, and conversing while meals are being prepared on the top-end appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch). The dining room table expands to comfortably accommodate your family and friends. There is also a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the shade, and watch the sun dance on the waves. The living room is welcoming, with room for the whole family to gather. It features a casual coastal decor and comfortable high-end furnishings from Restoration Hardware.
Want to unwind and watch a movie or sports? The media room has an 80-inch HD TV with Xfinity TV, Netflix and OnDemand programming and a large sectional that transforms into a family-scaled lounger. Need to keep in touch with work? There is WIFI, and a home office with a printer. Want to reconnect with the family? There are board games, cards and puzzles at the Villa for your enjoyment.
The house is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living spaces. There is a laundry room – with a washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes steamer at your disposal, you may not need to pack much!
The house has parking for two cars in the driveway. There are also four bicycles for your use.

The Villa is situated in the tranquil North Beach area of Hollywood, surrounded by state, county and municipal nature parks, but just a 10-minute drive from the Fort-Lauderdale airport, and 40 minutes from Miami, so you can easily enjoy all that those busy cities have to offer (professional sports, world-class shopping, dining, culture, and entertainment).
There is a lot to do on your own doorstep too! Explore the bustle of the Hollywood Broadwalk with its shopping, water sports, parasailing and restaurant scene; take part in nature discovery and water activities at the Anne Kolb Nature Centre, the Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park (formerly known as John U. Lloyd Beach State Park), or Hollywood North Beach Municipal park; or charter a boat (and captain, if you like) on the Intracoastal Waterway for exploring Port Everglades and the canals of Fort-Lauderdale or deep sea fishing.

Why this property? North Beach a quiet little enclave of streets, bound by State and municipal green spaces, the ocean and the Intracoastal. Rob and I discovered it quite by accident one day when we had a few hours to explore before our flight out of Fort Lauderdale airport. We were charmed by the low key charms of the neighborhood -- quiet, no high rises, tranquil beach, friendly neighbors -- and yet within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, Fort-Lauderdale and Miami.
We love the beach and have vacationed for many years in Cape Cod, Florida and California. We designed the house to reflect the best of those experiences -- seeking to create a welcoming and comfortable beach house where family and friends can gather.

The house has four spacious bedrooms a large, modern kitchen and plenty of living and TV space. Its all modern with up to date, first class appliances. It is a two minute walk to the beach, but the best feature by far was the roof top deck with lounge chairs for sunny and a table for dining and best of all a pool which we could not keep our grandchildren out of. Alexandra (the owner) was very responsive when we had questions.

This villa was absolutely FANTASTIC! My family had a wonderful time. We loved everything about this house. The transaction was easy from the very beginning. The images and description are spot on. The house is immaculate. I am a germaphobe - but everything here was sparkling clean. I even used the gorgeous soaking tub and I don’t even take baths when I’m at a Four Seasons. The linens, towels, dishes, decor, beds, appliances and aesthetic are top notch. The beds are very comfy. The elevator was very useful especially for bringing the luggage to the bedrooms and for older guests. We had 3 generations of family staying in the house. Everything is chic, simple, modern and not fussy. It’s very inviting and comfortable. The home owner, Alexandra, helped arrange for her housekeeper to come for a few hours each day (for an additional cost) and she was terrific. This was not required by the home owner but we liked the idea of someone tidying up and making beds etc. The location is fantastic - a 60 second walk to the powdery white sand and a terrific path for running and biking. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants are not far away. Alexandra was lovely to work with. She was charming and helpful and thought about everything. There was a lot of attention to detail. We will definitely stay here again when we return. I truly have not one complaint or suggestion to improve our experience. I travel extensively and am not easily impressed but this experience was perfect.

We rented a property in Hollywood Beach Florida. Our accomodations were beautiful yet very liveable. I would go as far as saying it was a perfect vacation location. The beach was a 3 minute walk. From the time we first booked the property our communications with Alexandra was excellent, she was very nice to work with and provided us with all types of information on things to do, what amenities were available at the house such as bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even a wagon to put everything into. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio with the pool. We had our morning coffee either on the rooftop or taking a walk along the beach, we prepared dinners on the gas grill and watched fire works on July 4th from the North, South and West. Outstanding! We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the area and had a relaxing time. One side trip was to the Fort Lauderdale farmers market on Saturday, it was huge with a great variety of items from fresh fish, vegitables, fruits and prepared items. Great property, nice person to deal with and a wonderful location.

The beach is literally a one-minute walk from the front door, unless you were beaching it at the top of Franklyn street? We do that too because it is wider and closer to the lifeguard chair. What a wonderful family vacation with my sons and their families! The layout of the home is perfect with the bedrooms located on the first two levels (including 2 master suites), family gathering rooms and kitchen on the third level, and the rooftop pool and lounge. The elevator facilitated handling of baggage, groceries and 2 small children. The home is wonderfully designed with high end finishes. Our every need was met. All equipment necessary to enjoy the beach was supplied - sand toys, kites, beach games, chairs and cabana. The section of the beach was relatively quiet, with a livelier scene within walking distance if desired. Groceries and restaurants are close. We enjoyed eating on the waterfront at GC'S and Jimbo's Sandbar. Our favorite restaurant was Mundi's with delicious Italian food and excellent staff. The home owner is the best, always responsive to emails, usually within a few minutes. She provided helpful suggestions to make the most of our stay. We had no problems whatsoever, can think of nothing that needs improvement, and the whole family agrees that we'll definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful home and so convenient to the beach and local attractions! This home was completely stocked with everything you could think of and needed to have a wonderful stay. The multiple levels offered plenty of space for our group of four couples. It also offered great gathering areas as we spent most of the time on the rooftop enjoying the pool and the spectacular views. The kitchen was perfect and full of high-end appliances. Again, the owner thought of every detail as our group made many of our meals at the home and every small appliance, dish, pan, bowl, knife we needed was available. The beach was a very short walk away (maybe a minute max) and the owner provided all the beach “essentials” in her garage. Chairs, umbrellas, towels were available and we even had a cart to transport these! I highly recommend this property and the owner was absolutely a pleasure to work with and made our vacation even more special!

Loved the architecture, decor and comfort of this property. The size made it the perfect gathering spot for our family of 8 getting together from various locals. We spent time on the rooftop, enjoying the lap pool, soaking up the sun and the views of the ocean. I loved seeing the kite surfers fly up. We gathered in the comfortable living and family rooms for games, a movie or two with our grandchild (netflix and other channels easily available), or just hanging out and visiting. We kept one of the puzzles out to be worked on just as we would at our own home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and was logically arranged so that things were easy to find. The home was very clean and really had everything we needed, right down to the beach towels waiting for us on hooks outside the laundry room. We didn't use the elevator much but found it extremely helpful for bringing up groceries and for when my husbands 90 year old father came for dinner. Alexandra, the homeowner, was fantastic at responding throughout the booking process and property manager introduced himself shortly after we arrived and made it clear he would be available should we ever need him. In short, you could tell a lot of love and thoughtfulness went into creating this retreat, we would not hesitate to come back! 10/19/2018 at 12:54 AM

I stayed at this house over the Christmas holidays with my family. We had a wonderful stay in no small part due to Alexandra (and Rob, but I dealt mainly with Alexandra). She was accommodating from the beginning. The process of renting the house was seamless, we changed our dates without a problem (this was early in the process so don’t expect to do that last minute), we held a brunch for extended family which went against the the amount of people allowed in the house - Alexandra waived this, we requested a late check out which was she also accommodated. She also sent us a list of things that she enjoys doing in the area. I emailed Alexandra on Christmas night because there was an issue with one of the TV’s, within 30 minutes she and Rob were on the phone troubleshooting it with me! I had also sent a message to the house manager about the issue and by the time I got him on the phone he was already on his way over (I told him not to bother as it was Christmas night and I was troubleshooting the problem already, if we couldn’t resolve it he could come the next day). Now to get into the house itself. The house is absolutely as advertised. I have been labeled a bit of a "diva" when it comes to hotels and accommodations in general. This house lived up to my "diva" standards. It is furnished very tastefully even down to the artwork. This feels like someone's home, not a rental property. There were many small touches that made this house so special, the bicycles, the board games and puzzles, the clothes steamer, the comfortable beds, pillows and quality sheets, the many beach/pool towels, etc…… I look forward to returning to this home away from home!

Glam, glam, glam! A perfect Florida get-away! If I could give this property 500 stars I would! Great location, steps for the beach where I swam every day in the warm, blue water. Stunning house, with top of the line appliances, decor, and vibe. Great linens, comfortable beds, well-appointed bedrooms, massive bathrooms, beautiful tubs, sexy rooftop pool, fancy gas BBQ. The house is great for families and groups. Worth every penny!

8 girlfriends travelled to Fla to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We could not have had a better experience. This house is AMAZING. The owner is wonderful and gets back to you quickly. The property is even more gorgeous than it looks in pictures. The beds are so comfortable, the decor is stunning, and the bathrooms and closets are huge and luxurious. There was so much space and we had everything we needed. The rooftop deck and pool gave us the perfect place to relax. The house is also steps from the ocean. We used the bikes daily to ride to the boardwalk for coffee. Everyone kept commenting how lucky we were to have found this home!!

The house is absolutely stunning, in a quiet and good location. It is very thoughtfully presented and equipped. It was a real luxury to stay there for 7 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spacious kitchen, huge tv with Netflix and wonderfully comfortable bedrooms. It was a great base for trips to South Beach, a boat ride around Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades and biking along the Hollywood beach boardwalk with all the restaurants. Alexandra could not have been more helpful and accommodating, all in all if I could give it 6 stars and visit every vacation with my young family, I would!

Amazing place, high-end finishes and decor! I would highly recommend this home for any vacation. Close to beach, good location to both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. We had a girls weekend and it comfortably held all 7 of us. Coastal feel and stocked kitchen, lines and bedding were wonderful! Exceeded our expectations!

We loved our vacation at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and inviting and it delighted our friends/family with the various spaces to hang out in or to enjoy quiet time. The rooftop pool was a hit with our 8 year old and we walked a few houses to the beach each morning. Highly recommend and hope to go back on a future vacation.
