Living and working in South Florida we invested in a beach front condo for our enjoyment, during the summer months our family enjoys this condo, and over the winter months we rent it out to caring individuals as yourself, for your enjoyment.

Clean, comfortable apartment with a lot of room. We have stayed here for the last several years. Everything needed for your stay is right here. Down the elevator, out to the pool and you are on the beach. Walking distance to grocery store. Casinos and Gulfstream race track close by as well as several good restaurants. Balcony overlooks the Intercoastal. The underground parking is a huge bonus. Jim and his brother Luis live nearby and can quickly take care of any problems. We would rate this Sea Air apartment an A+.
