Sea Air Towers unit 1425
We have rented this unit for the past 10 years. The Oramas family, Jim and Luis live locally, are 100% trustworthy and we have never had an issue with the rental. The unit has all upgraded appliances and has everything available for our stay. Sea Air Towers have made many improvements during the years we have rented. This includes pool update, new pool deck, underground parking structure repair , all balconies repaired and much more. We appreciate the security at Sea Air and the positive attitude of the personnel . The underground parking spot is a bonus. Beach access is directly from the pool deck. Publix grocery store is within walking distance which is a positive. Nothing but good to say, Jim and Luis will treat you right!

This rental is by far the most beautiful and well kept rental. The location is outstanding and the views are spectacular! Most importantly this units family owner is the kindest landlord I have met!

Great beachfront location
Clean, comfortable apartment with a lot of room. We have stayed here for the last several years. Everything needed for your stay is right here. Down the elevator, out to the pool and you are on the beach. Walking distance to grocery store. Casinos and Gulfstream race track close by as well as several good restaurants. Balcony overlooks the Intercoastal. The underground parking is a huge bonus. Jim and his brother Luis live nearby and can quickly take care of any problems. We would rate this Sea Air apartment an A+.
