About the owner: We are a family living in Canada but eventually want to finally make it down full time to sunny Florida! We love taking our kids down to the ocean but since Covid-19, it has been much harder to travel with the family. As such, the condo is available all year round for you to enjoy!
Why this property? This building sits directly on one of the best beaches around. The unit is located conveniently on the ground floor which means no waiting in line for the elevator! You have a beautiful patio to sit out on and enjoy the sunset. Both the beach and the pool are just steps away. The condo is fully equipped for all your travel needs including linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The building has a newly renovated gym. Close to all amenities including Starbucks, Walmart, Publix, restaurants and shopping. Five minute drive to the boardwalk.
