Great Stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anne’s condo on Hollywood Beach. The location was perfect for our needs, Beach, grocery, shopping, and dining. The condo was clean and bright with views of the ocean from every room. A few hiccups when we arrived that was addressed. The wrap around balcony is a great addition to this condo we spent many hours enjoying the changing views. We will return.

A Vacation to Remember

Ideal location - beachfront and 15 mins. to Ft. Lauderdale, 10 mins. to Adventura. Restaurants and shops mins. away including Hallandale Race Track complex with live entertainment, boutiques and restaurants. Hosts Anna and Leonard were amazing. They greeted us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage. They welcomed our calls & stopped by to answer questions in person. Spotless condo had everything we needed included a bundle buggy for grocery shopping, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach huge wraparound balcony with lots of chairs was perfect for entertaining our family & friends. We were thrilled with onsite gym, library, beach chair/umbrella rental option and food delivery to beach. Condo pool was very warm - a treat along with very comfortable chaise lounges. Great parking spot near elevator. Valet parking for $5.00 much appreciated by our guests. Warmly welcomed by fellow residents. Can't say enough good things.

Review for 3725 Unit 1204, S Ocean Dr., Hallandale, Fl

I rented this unit for 2 months(December 2022 till Jan 31, 2023 escaping the Chicago winter. This place was amazing! The view is absolutely gorgeous and was just as described and stunning.! The pictures don’t even do justice to how beautiful it was ! The 14th floor provides a great view of the beach and surrounding area. The views are phenomenal from every angle and the huge balcony facing the ocean was my favorite spot, could watch both the sunrise and sunset . The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very well furnished with everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation, very well located and comfortable ! The condo was clean - well decorated - and elegant. Very spacious with lots of storage. Easy access to the pool/workout/beach areas. Leonard is super attentive to any need you may have. Was a great stay 2 months stay! Right in the beach. Beautiful view. I couldn't have been happier. I would come back any time!!!! Thank you so much. Paul

Great spot to escape the bitter northeastern winters

We enjoyed our Florida vacation at this unit earlier this year, when it was still quite cold in New York City. We flew in from LGA into FLL/Fort Lauderdale Airport. The car ride from the airport to the apartment was maybe 15 mins tops, which was very short... (compare that to the ~ 1 hour long uber ride to LGA, due to the construction/expansion).The apartment is situated right next to the ocean, there's also a pool although we prefer to swim in the ocean. Another nice thing is that the apartment is close by to the Hollywood Boardwalk, which stretches on for miles and has a lot to offer: many good restaurants, shops, there's a sound stage for outdoor concerts, it's a great spot to hang out. Next time when we come, I think instead of renting a car, we are just going to uber it and also will remember to bring our rollerblades with us, as the boardwalk is great for cycling and rollerblading.The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that one needs for comfort. The apartment owners were very pleasant, easy to communicate with and we essentially had no logistical issues throughout our stay.We also took a few trips to South Beach/Miami, which is about 35 minutes away by car.Overall we had a great vacation. The apartment had everything that one needs, so if you prefer to cook rather than going out to eat, there's all the necessary utensils needed. Also the refrigerator is pretty big, and there's a dishwasher. For laundry, there's a facility available on the same floor down the hall.We are most definitely coming back next year for another stay.

Vacation in Florida

''We had a fantastic time in February!!!. The condo was clean and comfy with a great view and location .True to its description and photos. Condo has everything you need, nice furniture, well stocked with appliances, dishes, towels. Condo grounds, parking and pool all perfect. Would come back and recommend to friends!"
