Oceanfront spacious 1 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms on Hollywood Beach

Perfect Florida beach rental experience!

I needed a full month (31 day) rental in the Hollywood Beach area and am overjoyed that I found this owner, location, and unit/building.Owner - very responsive from initial contact through the entire rental period and return of deposit after check-out. The owner valued me as a client and provided a high level of customer service. The owner(s) are very friendly and clearly take pride in providing a space for others to enjoy.Location - The condo is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, very close to the Keys and Glades. The nearest grocery store location is across the street (awesome! ) and the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is within walking/biking distance or 5 min by car. The beach and Atlantic Ocean are at the bottom of the elevator! Other shops are within a short distance by car. I primarily cooked in the kitchen so I am not able to comment on the quality or quantity of dinning-out options.Unit/Building - The unit is conveniently located near the elevator but not too close as to get all the elevator traffic noise. This was great especially when bringing up groceries or packages. The unit has an electronic key lock which I loved and it worked without any issues. The in-unit washer/dryer was very much appreciated; such a convenience. The view off the deck is amazing especially when taking morning coffee/tea, eating lunch or dinner or reading a book and enjoying the sunrise/sunset. The entire unit was functional, the bed was comfortable for me and there is quite a bit of sitting space available. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for eating & cooking and I especially appreciated the crock-pot. Small but noticeable items to note included the key/wristband hooks just inside the entry, reusable bags available for shopping, the walk-in shower, the upgraded sinks/hardware, a modern thermostat, constant bathroom evacuation fan, and upgraded refrigerator/stove/microwave.All the building staff were extremely polite and professional and there is always a person available at the front. While I did not use the Vale parking service, it is available and it appeared that the Vales were highly customer focused, efficient and friendly. Self-parking is available across the street which was convenient for me. The pool is well maintained and has staff ready to assist with umbrellas or other needs.If you are looking for a place to stay for days, weeks or months this unit/building/owner is highly recommended

Great, modern apartment right on the beach

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for seven weeks in October and November 2025. The apartment is approximately 1000sqft in size, in very good condition, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything you could wish in terms of textiles and kitchen utensils for a longer stay with several people. There is a very nice large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and direct beach access. Beach chairs are also available.The balcony offers a view of the sea and the terraced courtyard with its swimming pool. The entire building has undergone modernization in recent years. Final work on the street side was still underway in November 2025, but this was not noticeable in my apartment facing south or at the swimming pool.The contact with the very friendly and helpful owner couple was particularly pleasant. When I moved in, I noticed a minor problem with the toilet flush in the smaller bathroom; the water was running. After informing the owners, it was repaired immediately. Any questions that arose later were also answered immediately and helpfully. Overall, I found the landlords to be reliable and trustworthy. I received my security deposit back without any problems.I look back on my seven-week rental period with very pleasant memories, can highly recommend the landlords, and would gladly rent from them again in the future.
