Relax in paradise in this tastefully decorated BROOKSIDE CONDO located in beautiful Heritage Bay. Our condo is beautifully decorated with luxurious furnishings and has spectacular views of the golf course and lake. The lanai opens up to the green of the thirteenth hole on the Cypress Course. The kitchen is fully equipped and features Corian countertops, maple cabinets and brand new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a 42" wall mounted smart tv. It features a private ensuite and large walkin closet. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and 32" flat screen tv, while the den features a comfortabe sofa. Unlimited high speed internet and long distance telephone calls are included as well as AM/FM radio in each bedroom. The screened in Lanai makes for relaxing evenings or morning coffee while enjoying the panoramic view of Heritage Bay Golf Course and lake.
Rental includes full membership of golf, tennis and fitness club facilities as well as all the other amenities.(renters pays a one time transfer fee of $400.00) Golfers pay $26.00 per round per person until October 31st and $66.00 per round starting November 1st. Play on the spectacular Lewis/Azinger designed golf course featuring 27 holes of golf with aqua driving range, chipping and putting areas. The course ranges from 4729-7200 yards with 5 sets of tees. There are 7 HAR-TRU lighted tennis courts along with a state of the art fitness centre, full service Spa, 7 pools including a resort style pool at the magnificent clubhouse. The Chickee Bar is located by the main pool and serves delicious snacks, meals or drinks to enjoy by the pool. The resort also features a nature preserve as well as numerous walking and biking trails.
Naples beach is only 10-15 minutes away and shopping is abundant. The Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets, The Mercato and Tanger Outlets are just minutes away as well as a nearby Shopping Centre complete with, Publix and Walgreens as well as restaurants and other retailers. Stroll down 5th Avenue in downtown Naples where you will find many fabulous restaurants, entertainment and fashionable shops

This condo located in the Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club has everything that you could possibly want and more. The owners Joe and Anna Leo, go above and beyond to ensure their condo is a beautiful home away from home. The attention to detail is outstanding and truly sets this condo apart from other rentals. All of the amenities are first class including the Clubhouse, Golfing, Pools and Tennis. This gem will be my first and only choice when l come back to Naples. If you are lucky enough to be able to rent this unit (if not already booked), you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. Absolutely Amazing!

We were very pleased with this condo. It Is well appointed and the kitchen is well equipped. Joe and Anna were very pleasant and helpful. Heritage Bay is a wonderful community with much to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.
