Let's take a stroll down Memory Lane and walk directly to the beach in less than 5 minutes! Rich Memories is a Panama City Beach, pet-friendly home, sleeping 8 guests and featuring a private, heated pool, a fire pit, grill, and comfortable outdoor seating.
*FOR LARGER PARTIES, PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT RICH MEMORIES' SISTER PROPERTY* Located on a quiet residential street, this family home is fresh and gorgeous inside! Within the home you can also find 4 beach chairs plus an umbrella and beach cart. The living area at Rich Memories is equipped with a top-of-the-line queen sleeper sofa and additional seating to enjoy the 60” 4K Smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen (with gas stove!) is open to the living area and separated by a bar with 3 bar stools. Across is the dining area with seating for 6 plus the laundry room. Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms. Everyone in the home must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. A fee is required for pets.

There's also an electric vehicle charger for guest use!

Located on a quiet residential street, this family home is fresh and gorgeous inside! Crisp white moldings, shades of linen and earth tones and wood accents greet guests with a cool and comfy welcome. Within the home you can also find 4 beach chairs plus an umbrella and beach cart. These bonus extras make your beach day a breeze.

The living area at Rich Memories, with its gorgeous coffered ceiling, is immediately inviting to guests and is equipped with a top-of-the-line queen sleeper sofa and additional seating to enjoy the 60” 4K Smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen (with gas stove!) is open to the living area and separated by a bar with 3 bar stools. Across is the dining area with seating for 6 plus the laundry room. Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms.

At the end of the hallway is the door to the fully fenced-in backyard with a sparkling private pool. There is a dining table under the pergola, a seating area with a gas fire pit.

Everyone in the home must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 9)
Bedroom 1: King bed, 50" Smart TV. Private bathroom with duals sinks and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: King bed, 43" Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 - Twin-over-twin bunk plus twin daybed, 32" Smart TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

BEACH ACCESS
Head south on Memory Lane, making a right on Southfields. Take this road to your beach access, 93 (22401 Front Beach Road).

PANAMA CITY BEACH
Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes, drive 1.2 miles to Publix supermarket, or drive 3.5 miles to Rosemary Beach, FL. You can experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor or Seaside. Drive less than 15 minutes to Pier Park, with tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
