Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed shower with both handheld and overhead shower options. Guest bathroom offers a tub with sliding glass shower doors. Both have large mirrored medicine cabinets with built in variable light options.
The condo complex is small, only 14 units total with a small courtyard pool and large front patio area complete with tables/chairs, shade umbrellas & chaises. Off-street designated parking.

Attractions Within Walking Distance
This condo's location is dynamite. It's right on 5th Avenue S. This brings you walking distance to so much. The beach just 1.5 blocks to the west and to the east a block away is array of world class restaurant's, variety of cool shops, street cafes, as well as cultural happenings. It's not just 5th but a variety of areas within the neighborhood offering opportunity for additional activities for happenings in the park, water excursions launched from Tin City or Crayton Cove, or 360 Market. There is the Naples Pier, Third Ave dining and shops. The area is surrounded by neighborhood streets that display multimillion dollar homes and all the beauty of landscaping that comes with them. Fun area to ride bikes or stroll in day or night. If you have transportation the opportunities of things to see and do are enormous.

Where to begin. They are too many. Some restaurants are more elegant for adults and others with a more relaxed fun theme for family's with members of all ages.
Well, we're not locals but we love coming to the condo just as much as you will and every time we do we discover more of what we love about the area and staying in the condo. Our latest discovery is the 140 acre Gordon River Greenway Park. It has scenic 2.5 miles of trials of asphalt, mulch and wooden boardwalks plus a bridge and kayak launch. Also a nice playground and water feature for kids.
