Private dock with fishing gear included. Why be bored in a hotel room when you can be fishing or setting crab traps and enjoying a cocktail from the expansive palm tree paradise backyard? You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets from the dock and say hello to the dolphins that often swim by. We also include 2 kayaks and 3 paddle boards so you can go explore the nearby sand bar/ Bird Key Island.

My family and I just finished a week at this property and loved it! The amenities are fantastic and the backyard is perfect. You can walk everywhere, including the beach, but it is nice and quiet at night.

Very nice rental in Clearwater Beach - house sits on a canal with a great dock on the water and a beautiful back yard. Nice for dock fishing or watching the dolphins. Have always stayed in a hotel but this house was the best - bedrooms are large and the open floor plan was awesome. Very very clean! Great to be able to cook and entertain family and friends and not worry about Covid. Wish there had been a pool but otherwise a great spring break week!

Our stay at 170 Bayside Dr, Clearwater Beach was perfect in every way. The water of the bay was right outside the back door making for great kayaking and fishing right off the home’s dock. Everything was walkable from the house. The amazing beach, restaurant s, and shopping just 4/10th of a mile away. The home has 3 large, recently remodeled, bedrooms and bathrooms. The floor plan is nice and open. It’s all very comfortable. Adriana and Brent were friendly hosts. We recommend their home to any family looking for the perfect vacation.
