Waking up in a newly renovated condo each day and looking out to the beautiful blue water felt refreshing and peaceful! George’s condo is spacious and totally equipped for a lengthy stay! We enjoyed morning visits to breakfast destinations on the beach before many people were out! Island Way is so quiet and easy to traverse. We were able to go to the grocery, the bank, the UPS store, and the nail shop w/o being in traffic! George and a few friends were always available to answer questions or concerns. One of our favorite meals was actually the Sunday Brunch at the Island Grill! Thank you George for sharing your beautiful condo!

Awesome place to stay. Newly renovated condo on the 10th floor. Fully furnished unit with all the amenities of home. Building is quiet and the residents are super friendly. The grounds are beautiful with a heated pool and hot tub that are wonderful year round. Some of the prettiest sunsets overlooking the water from the balcony. Owner Zarif (George) has been great to work with. Very friendly and approachable with questions. Very upfront regarding unit, lease and all requirements of renting. Very helpful with tips on the surrounding areas and places to visit for shopping, eating etc. less than 10 minutes to the beach!
