The condo is a 525 sq ft condo with separate bathroom and kitchen. The queen size murphy bed, which sleeps two, is in the living room area. There is a couch which could sleep one person. There is a porch, which looks out over Sand key beach.
The kitchen has been remodeled in the past 5 years. Bathroom was remodeled in Q4-2024.
Landmark Towers is located on Sand Key Beach which offers a more romantic or intimate setting-- and is only a short walking distance from downtown Clearwater Beach. End your perfect day with a walk down to the beach and watch the sunset. This condo is centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants and more. Golf courses, amusement parks, museums and other attractions are all available in the metropolitan area.
The local Trolley stops directly in front of the building which offers service from St Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The complex is safe and secure with gated entrance and a 24-hour Guard with reserved parking.
The condo is exceptionally clean with newer appliances, recently remodeled kitchen, bathroom. Laundry facilities located in common area just a few steps away on the same floor. This was our third time staying in this condo and we continue to love it. It is perfectly laid out space wise, the owners are very helpful and accommodating and the location is ideal. The condo is right on the beach and walking distance from many good restaurants. Additionally the other people who either live in or rent in the same building are very friendly and inclusive. We do prefer to cook and while the condo does have a small kitchen, it includes just the basics to do so. For those who tend to cook more, some upgraded cooking knives and serving utensils and pots and pans would be nice. Otherwise we bring our own things and always have a wonderful stay.

Each floor of Landmark Tower has a laundry room with washer and dryer, which operate by coin.
YES, there are 4 restaurants (Backwaters, Columbia, Maggie Maes ) across the street along with retail shops and a deli. In addition the Marriott and Sheraton hotels are within walking distance and each have restaurants.
