The first thing you notice when you walk in is the spectacular view. The condo is tastefully decorated. The kitchen has all the amenities you need, including an air fryer. The condo is very clean and comfortable, the queen bed, is very comfortable. The pool area is very clean looks over the water and boats, however, the pool is not heated. You are close to groceries restaurants and other services, an easy walk to the beach. Sam was a very good host answered all questions.

The location is great, perfect, amazing.. It's situated pretty much in an island where you have conveniently a market place (Publix) across the street and other businesses such as a restaurant, etc. The surroundings are beautiful and very well kept, surrounded by other apartment buildings and beautiful houses where taking a walk, run or bike ride, makes it a lot more enjoyable, not to mention that the beach is just a short drive away. You can either go running or make it there walking, surrounded by water views on both sides of the roads leading to the beach. The condo is clean, very well kept with a big parking lot, pool with beautiful views of boats on the water, and other amenities. The apartment inside is clean, very comfortable and a stunning, beautiful view of the water that welcomes you as soon as you open the door. Sam (the owner) is a great host, very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I will definitely visit again!

Located in the Clearwater Beach area and within walking distance of all the amenities the beach life has to offer.This is a great condo with amazing views of the intercostal way and nicely decorated with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fun to watch the Dolphins swimming in the mornings.Sam and Anna the owners are great hosts. I would definitely would stay here again!
