Spring Break

This was our second time renting and another relaxing vacation at this beautiful spot ! The condo is spacious, spotless and convenient to everything . We love spending evenings on the deck overlooking the water ! Greg is very responsive and helpful . We hope to be back and would highly recommend !!

Great location

We have stayed at other rentals on a canal but this one topped it! From the moment we stepped in the door we were visited by dolphins literally right in front of our balcony! We got to watch them play, chase fish and swim with their baby. We also got to see a mama sea otter nurse and play with her babies. The unit itself was clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Greg was very easy to communicate with and fair with expectations. Walking distance to shopping, the beach and restaurants! We will be back!

Great Place and a Great Owner!

I stayed here for a week with my family and it was great. Close to everything, the condo was well equipped with the items you need to enjoy your vacation and Greg was very responsive and had plenty of great recommendations! Hope to visit again soon!

Our family loved staying in this beautful spacious great location condo

Our family of six stayed in this well appointed condo from May 7th-15th. The condo was beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views of the harbor,water and boats. We were able to see many dolphins and birds and we had a beautiful large patio deck to enjoy with plenty of seating for all of us. The condo was in a great location and was within easy walking distance to many nice restaurants,shops and the beach too. The beautful beaches are quite large and the sand is white and not hot to walk on. The sunsets there are beautiful from the beach. Plenty to see and do. Went to the Tampa Aquarium and Zoo, a 3hour boat ride;all lots of fun. Also the condo pool and hot tub were fun too. Would definitely book here again!

Awesome Spring Break

Our family of 4 plus my sister and brother- in-law spent the past week at this lovely slice of paradise. We were celebrating her 65th, my 60th birthdays and Honoring/Memorializing our Mother who introduced us to Clearwater Beach 40 years ago. This #407 condo was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was stocked with the correct utensils for a few meals in and for evening cocktails. We had plenty of linens and even beach towels. Also an awesome wagon for beach supplies which made going to the beach even more relaxing. We had daily visits from dolphin both during morning coffee on the veranda and afternoon sunning at the pool. This place is very safe with several amenities. Neighbors and fellow Spring Breakers were friendly and relaxed and the location was perfect. We didn’t miss having a car as public transport was just steps away and Uber/Lyft were quick and dependable. This was my family’s 2nd visit to Harborview Grande and my sister’s first. We will be back in the future for sure. Greg is an incredible host and responds quickly from start to finish. I can’t praise him and his wife more as they were excellent hosts thinking of everything one might need.Thank you, Jill (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearwater Beach, Florida

Thanks Greg for sharing your condo at Harborview Grande. Clearwater Beach. I stayed for a perfect week with my daughter and granddaughter. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beautiful view, very clean and comfortable accommodations and great beach supplies. Loved the wagon and put it to good use. Perfect location for going to the beach. My granddaughter got up early and worked on her computer, then we went to the beach, came back around 1:30 for lunch, then went to the pool. Met some lovely people. Enjoyed the sunsets from the Sandbar! Heaven!

Long weekend

Condo and location were perfect ! The interior is beautifully updated and spacious . Greg the owner was wonderful and responsive to our questions . Highly recommend and will definitely return !

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our two week vacation. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is outstanding! Watching the dolphins in the bay were amazing! This condo is a perfect spot for a family. Greg was always in communication with an questions or suggestions of restaurants & places to visit.

Dolphin Watch

Such a beautiful location, the property is imaculate it immediately felt like we were home. Every day Dolphins visited the bay it was lovely to sit and watch them on the balcony. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and to the fantastic array of Restaurants and bars, we had such a special time there and hope to be back soon. Greg would send me regular emails to keep me informed which was brilliant and he gave me a list of Restaurants, bars and things to do in Clearwater and the surrounding area. Excellent Host.

Great Condo and Location

This condo was perfect for my family. The trolley stop is right in front of the condo, which made getting around the island super easy. Greg (the owner) gave us a lot of info about the area and very responsive to any questions we had. We could not have had a better experience. My family will definitely be staying here again.
