Luxury waterfront townhome - private rooftop patio

Perfect Family Getaway

Traveling with your adult kids can be tricky but with this waterfront condo, we had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed! Large bedrooms with attached bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, five bicycles, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas for the pool and beach, towels and boogie boards, fishing gear and of course the rooftop with hot tub and grill. We didn't want for anything. The home was VERY clean and equipped. We were close to everything and there was enough room in the driveway to park the large SUV we rented. Misty was a pleasure to work with. Always one step ahead of me with a check-in email and then a check-out email to confirm we had all of the information we needed to access the home. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Clearwater Beach!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is gorgeous. We stayed during fall break in mid-October for one week. First time visitors with 2 adults and 3 kids (15, 12, 4). We loved having 4 floors and the elevator was extremely helpful. The fully furnished rooftop terrace with hot tub was a major selling point. We weren't completely sure how stocked things would be so we brought our own trash bags, paper products, dish soap, etc - all totally unnecessary. Everything was provided. Even many things we didn't expect like full bottles of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. We loved having the extra amenities available to us, even though we didn't use all of them, such as the exercise mat with weights in the basement, X Box, and books. Don't worry about pool or beach toys - there are many! I also loved having 4 bicycles available. I went for a wonderful ride around Clearwater with my daughter. Reading that there were fishing poles and a fully stocked tackle box on the website was very appealing to me but I was disappointed at the quality of the supplies. This is probably the only thing I would recommend for improvement. Only one (out of 4) fishing pole was strung with line AT ALL and the reel was in such horrible condition we couldn't even use it, so I strung up another pole from scratch myself. I was disappointed in the contents of the tackle box too. Updating that gear would be amazing. Other than that kind of trivial thing, I can't say anything else negative about the place. I will add on that Misty is excellent at communication. She responded promptly to emails and texts. And I also wanted to say that due to some painting around the exterior of the building, the owners compensated us with a very generous gift card to a local restaurant, which was unnecessary and very much appreciated. Overall it's an amazing condo, more expensive than all others we've stayed at before, but truly beautiful and we felt like the property manager and the owners genuinely cared about our experience.

Perfect Family Getaway Rental

This property was an easy walk to the beach. It had plenty of space for our joint family vacation. The pool was fantastic, and almost never had anyone in it. All of the amenities worked and provided us with so much comfort during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home. It is so close to so many restaurants and attractions too. The bikes provided were great and a fun way to get around! This place has it all. Including quality towels, sheets, and just all of the decor!

Amazing Digs!

Our family spent Spring Break at this wonderful home. Like other guests, we enjoyed the house and all the thoughtful amenities, as well as the close-to-everything property location. The house was well-stocked from top to bottom. Bikes and beach coolers in the garage (we added a couple of boogie boards :), beach towels for everyone in the laundry room, to a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed! We couldn't have asked for a better location which offered a five-minute walk to the beach, shopping, and lots of casual dining choices. We rented a car at the airport, though next time we may just use a car service to get to the house, as we never used the rental during our week-long stay! The property location is safe, quiet and clean. Our teens were able to go back and forth from the house to the beach/shopping/food trips at their convenience. Our daily trips to the beach ended back at the property pool and/or the private rooftop hot tub. We all agree that this property is a Gem!

Accommodated were perfect for our family and host was exceptional.

Ideal spot for our Spring Training Trip

Three couples came to Clearwater to see the Phillies, but MLB threw us a curve. Although we didn't see baseball, we did visit many of Clearwater Beach's restaurants, most a quick walk from the condo. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Clearwater Beach or any of the small towns up and down the Gulf Coast. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace to relax, enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the sun go down. The elevator was a welcome addition to help our 70 year old bodies with luggage and trips to the roof. The condo had more amenities than we could possibly use in one week. I must say that Misty, the property manager, is very responsive and checked regularly to ensure all was going well with our vacation. We plan to rebook for next spring, and we hope baseball will cooperate.

Awesome trip

My husband and I along with our grown children spent a wonderful Christmas at the townhouse. Super accommodations. Everything we needed for a beach vacation was provided. Loved the bikes and beach supplies! Owners were very attentive and helpful! Loved it!

This townhouse was AMAZING!!!

The place was just like the pics. This place had beautiful views of the bay from patio off the living room and the roof top was AMAZING!! We grilled up there and had dinner and enjoyed the views and relaxed in the hot tub on the roof. Daniel the owner was very nice and helpful. If u don't want to spend your entire time on the noisy beach this is the place to stay and relax and very peaceful. Balcony over looked the swimming pool and was able to walk right out to the pool through the garage. They had everything we needed to take to the beach including beach chairs and a wagon. Our husband's fished off the docks. Walking distance to everything including the beach. Will stay here again!! Thank you for letting us stay there and make memories.

Best place to stay at Clearwater!!

This was our second trip to Daniel and Stephanie’s place and once again it was perfect! It is so roomy and clean. The location is great! Daniel is very responsive and helpful from the time you book until you return home. You can’t go wrong with this place! As long as we come to Clearwater, we will always stay here!

This condo was very clean, spacious and full of amenities

This condo was amazing! The location was great...short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! I would definitely recommend this condo. It is very spacious and clean. We loved the rooftop patio with the hot tub. It is decorated so nice and was very relaxing to hang out on in the evenings. The condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler and a wagon to take everything with you to the beach! They even provided extra beach towels. Dan was very helpful and was easy to contact with any questions we had. We would love to go back sometime!

Lovely townhouse!

The townhouse was nicely appointed with upscale equipment and amenities! The roof top was gorgeous and is a welcoming area to relax at the end of a busy day! Location of the townhouse is short walk to the beach and all the activities. We didn’t even rent a car the past few years because we walk most places. Fun vacation and comfy stay in this townhome!

Excellent Accomadations and Host

I have stayed in Florida many places over the last 30 years and none compared to this condo. The place was immaculate including the rooftop hot tub. We used it every night. The condo had everything we needed including bikes, workout area, pool, and all kitchen supplies. Daniel checked on us throughout the stay. Will recommend to others and be back asap.
