Unique Benefits

In addition to the location being in the heart of Clearwater Beach where everything is within walking distance, the condo itself is very well appointed.

The best part of the condo, and I think most guests would agree, is the 300 Square Foot Balcony over looking Clearwater Harbor. The views are simply breathtaking especially at sunrise and in the evening with all the lights shimmering over the harbor.

Why Kids Love It

The condo is not suitable for small children due to the proximity to water as well as being on the 5th floor with an open rail balcony. Kids age 13 and up are OK

There is a $500 refundable security deposit due 1 day prior to arrival. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of your departure.

Your booking is not confirmed until there is a signed, (with your signature) rental agreement and security deposit. Reservation is subject to cancellation if rental agreement is not signed and returned within 48 hours of your booking. Your hosts are John and Karen Bickford of Bolton MA.
