Not only can you watch our famous Florida Sunsets from your private balcony, but also from an amazing Roof Top Sunset and Observation Deck on the 7th floor. The view is simply stunning!
The Oceana is conveniently located in walking distance from several restaurants, shopping and live entertainment. John’s Pass Village with even more great activities, restaurants, sightseeing tours and so much more is only 2 miles north of the Oceana Resort.

Great view! Directly over the pool on the 2nd floor with a short walk to the beach. We had 3 children and 2 adults so the space was adequate not sure that 6 adults would fit. Both bedrooms are small with just enough room for the beds. Close to Publix and restaurant but not walking distance.. Walk to beach is short and is excellent for social distancing since it is not near a hotel. We were there Monday-Friday morning not sure how crowed the beach would be on a weekend.
