This updated two-bedroom Key West–style cottage sleeps four and includes a full kitchen, reserved parking, Wi-Fi, central A/C and self check-in. Walk to John’s Pass, restaurants and the Suncoast Beach Trolley, and enjoy complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, children’s beach toys and a cooler.

Area Information

Gulf Sounds is a small, intimate property rather than a large hotel or resort. Some outdoor amenities—including the covered patio, charcoal grill, sundeck and outdoor shower—are shared with guests staying in the neighboring cottages.

The cottage accommodates a maximum of four registered guests. Parties, events and unregistered overnight visitors are not permitted. Please be considerate of neighboring guests and help us maintain the property’s peaceful atmosphere.

Please note that an active construction project is currently underway on the neighboring lot. Guests may notice workers, equipment and intermittent construction noise during their stay. The project is independently managed, so its schedule, activity level and completion date are outside our control.
