The office area features a glass-topped L-shaped desk with wide screen monitor and printer available for your use. On the other end of the living room is a Tommy Bahama desk so that more than one person can log in and work at the same time.

The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, fireplace and wall-mounted smart TV and a private bath. On the opposite side of the house are two bedrooms. another master-sized bedroom with king-size bed, two large closets and a wall-mounted smart TV. The 3rd bedroom is complete with a full-sized bed, cedar-lined closet and smart TV The full-size bath has a tub and shower. The bonus room has a twin trundle bed that sleeps two.

The large galley-style kitchen has all-wood cabinets and marble countertops and leads into the dining room, with a glass-topped table set for six in front of a bay window looking onto the back courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and mugs and is chef-friendly.

The three-person jacuzzi has whirlpool jets, reclining seating and bluetooth speakers to add that nice extra touch.

The intracoastal is out the front door to the left, with the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach to the right a few short blocks away. There are beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and more to make your day at the beach exactly what you need.

The home is located in exclusive Carlouel and sleeps 8 comfortably. It is nicely decorated to make you feel at home and give you that warm, comfortable feeling so that you never want to leave.

Area Information

Carlouel on north Clearwater Beach is an exclusive and upscale community with great access to the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach. To the north is Caladesi Island. To the south is the populated beach area and a mile to the downtown hotels and restaurants. North Beach is open to dogs and many people take their dogs for a walk on the beach!
