King-size bed & fireplace in the Master Suite, plus wall-mounted smart TV. On the opposite side of the house are two bedrooms. king-size bed in the rear bedroom and a wall-mounted TV, queen-size bed and TV on the stand in the front bedroom. The bonus room has a twin trundle bed that sleeps two.
The large galley-style kitchen has all-wood cabinets and marble countertops and leads into the dining room, with a glass-topped table set for six in front of a bay window looking onto the back courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and mugs and is chef-friendly.
The three-person jacuzzi has whirlpool jets, reclining seating and bluetooth speakers to add that nice extra touch. Recently added - a gazebo to provide shade in the afternoon sun and mood lighting for the evenings.
The intracoastal is out the front door to the left, with the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach to the right a few short blocks away. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and more to make your day at the beach exactly what you need.
The home is located in exclusive Carlouel and sleeps 8 comfortably. It is nicely decorated to make you feel at home and give you that warm, comfortable feeling so that you never want to leave.

Carlouel on north Clearwater Beach is an exclusive and upscale community with great access to the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach. To the north is Caladesi Island. To the south is the populated beach area and a mile to the downtown hotels and restaurants. North Beach is open to dogs and many people take their dogs for a walk on the beach!
The neighborhood atmosphere is quiet, relaxed and will recharge your batteries.

About the owner: I grew up in Michigan and traded my rental houses for vacation condos on Mackinac Island. After moving to Clearwater, I sold my last condo on Mackinac Island and bought Casa Carlouel. I enjoy the Florida weather and lifestyle and when I get to stay in the home I really enjoy it.
Why this property? The residential area of north Clearwater Beach is a very relaxing and laid back place. People walk the streets, bike and walk their dogs. The beach is incredible and the water is warm! You can walk to Caladesi Island State Park or down to the pier. Sunsets are magical and the weather is sublime.
