Brand new renovated condo on the seventh floor of Ocean Towers on South Hutchinson Island. As you walk into our Island Oasis, you will be blown away by the breathtaking ocean views. Sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and enjoy the gorgeous sunrise. Enjoy reading your favorite book while listening to the ocean waves. Take in the stunning ocean views from the primary bedroom as well as the living room. Enjoy intracoastal views from the kitchen and guest bedroom and catch the amazing nightly sunsets. There is nothing better than falling asleep at night listening to the ocean waves.
The kitchen has been updated with beautiful quartz countertops and appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. This includes a coffee station with a Keurig K-Duo, crockpot, blender, kettle, air-fryer, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and flatware. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, brand new LG 48" OLED 4K UHD Smart TV, and primary en suite. Step into our beautiful oversized shower and enjoy the three separate shower heads. Our guest bedroom features a queen bed, brand new LG 48" OLED 4K UHD Smart TV and a full bathroom nearby. The living room features a sectional with two chaise lounges. It also has a middle section that pulls out to a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the feature wall with our brand new LG 55" OLED 4K UHD Smart TV and beautiful fireplace. Enjoy our customizable LED up lighting in the crown molding throughout the condo, including both bedrooms. Our Island Oasis has WIFI, Hulu Live TV and many additional streaming options. We have a full size washer and dryer in the condo. We have our own storage unit that is equipped with beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
Ocean Towers is a community that consists of two buildings with one hundred and fifty-eight units. The amenities include private beach access via a boardwalk over the dunes, a swimming pool, two tennis courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard and a club house which serves as the backdrop for regular social activities. Attentive onsite property manager, gated community, onsite car wash, and plenty of parking. Located within minutes of downtown Jensen Beach, lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our Island Oasis is a twenty-minute drive to the beautiful historic downtown Stuart where you will be surrounded by unique, independently owned boutiques, restaurants, and galleries. Area Information
South Hutchinson Island is located on the Florida’s beautiful Atlantic coast in unincorporated Jensen Beach. Island Oasis is approximately forty-five minutes north of Palm Beach and two hours south of Orlando. Hutchinson Island is a quiet and laidback 23-mile-long barrier Island on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Hutchinson Island is known for its beautiful and uncrowded beaches. Hutchinson Island consists of two barrier islands on the coast of Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. The two islands are separated by the Fort Pierce Inlet and are known as "North Hutchinson Island“ and "South Hutchinson Island". South Hutchinson Island has many points of interest, such as The House of Refuge, the Elliott Museum and the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center. Island Princess Cruises departs nearby. Although our Island Oasis has its own private beach, we are within minutes from the popular and public Sea Turtle Beach. Here you will find lifeguard stations, pavilions, concessions, restrooms, outdoor shower, and ample parking.

We rent our condo by the calendar month only.
50% Deposit will be due upon booking along with the HOA application and $150.00 (subject to change) fee. Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A $1,000.00 refundable security deposit will be due with your balance payment. Once your dates have been approved, we will send you the HOA application. Security deposit will be refunded once condo has been inspected and mailed within 7 days of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 90 days of booking are refunded at 100%, less $250.00 per month booked cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to 60 days of booking are refunded at 50%, less $250.00 per month cancellation fee.
No smoking anywhere in the condo, patio, catwalk, pool, or around the building. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot. No pets allowed, per the HOA. No grilling on patio. No parties or large gatherings. We must be notified of all overnight guests as they need to be registered with our onsite property manager.

About the owner: We are Jim and Diane Robinson. Jim spends most of his days working very hard in the operating room as a Nurse Anesthesiologist. Diane works from home as an accountant. We live approximately forty-five minutes from our Island Oasis in Palm City, Florida. We both work long hours and look forward to enjoying our Island Oasis in the off season as much as we can.
Why this property? We purchased this condo in September, 2022 with a vision to take an ordinary, outdated condo and create a beautiful and romantic space that we can enjoy in our spare time. We spent months creating our dream condo and we smile BIG every time we walk through the door. In our spare time we always seem to make it to Hutchinson Island as it's our favorite way to relax and unwind. You will find us dining at Kyle G's, Conchy Joe's, Shucker's and other amazing local restaurants. We look forward to the day where we can live full time on the island. We LOVE our Island Oasis and look forward to sharing it with you.

Unfortunately we did not get to come because I broke my arm three days before. We cancelled but it was too late to re-rent the first week but we were offered a credit for the second week. This was an incredibly generous offer and we are very appreciative of your understanding. We would like to rent this condo in November if it is available.
