About the host: We are from Pennsylvania but moved to Florida 7 years ago to get away from the winters and enjoy the warmth and sunshine!
Why this property? We recently purchased this little gem for the ocean views and beach access. Nice serene area but also close to many restaurants and things to do. There's no better way to relax then listening to waves crashing on the shore.

This section of Hutchinson Island just blew us away: serene, the ocean is amazing, and we didn't have to go far to some fabulous eateries! Lots to do, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The sunrises were a great start to our days. Steps to the beach or pool; lots of nearby parks and trails to walk. The condo, newly renovated, is spacious, nicely furnished and the kitchen well-equipped for cooking in. Easy to live here for 5 months!! People are friendly; traffic is not horrible like so many other parts of FL in the winter. Nearby towns of Stuart, Vero Beach and Sebastian are nice to visit. The Vero Beach Art Museum, the Navy Seals museum, and the Treasure museum are nearby and well worth visiting. A favorite for us was the Ft. Pierce Farmers Market every Saturday morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
