About the owner: I purchased this property in 2017. I also had a property in New Smyrna Beach for over 20 years. Many fond memories made there, and now some new and wonderful memories being made by all who stay at our little piece of paradise!
Why this property? The beaches on this stretch of North Hutchinson Island remain unspoiled. Our property is surrounded by high end properties and people who really care about the surroundings.
Turquoise waters and sun-kissed sands, make for a spectacular beach experience.

This condo is a 10!!! Absolutely beautiful, direct ocean view with wonderful balcony for our "happy hour" each afternoon was great. The condo is stocked with everything you need. It was very well decorated, impeccably clean, and the owners are more than helpful, with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. I will definitely be back and will send my friends from Michigan and Indiana too! Thanks Ralph for being such a great host.
