Our stay at Laura’s condo was absolutely perfect. Laura was responsive from the first inquiry until after our checkout. I wish that all Florida Rentals owners were as responsive to inquiries as Laura. This was our second year staying on the ocean side of Hutchinson Island and our first time with a successful rental from Florida Rentals. The location is perfectly situated away from the crowded Florida winter traffic.The condo is on the fourth floor less than 50 yards from the ocean. The property was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I want to emphasize how well equipped the kitchen was for cooking.Laura was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and local recommendations. The little touches throughout the condo made us feel right at home.The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and we loved spending our mornings enjoying coffee or late afternoon cocktails while taking in the ocean sounds and sights. We were able to see five Cape Canaveral launches from the balcony and the beach. The pool is located next to the condo and there is another pool a few buildings away however we spent almost everyday on the beach with the provided chairs and towels. We used the gym and the grills. There are pickle ball courts and bocce on premise. Sidewalks for walking and bike lanes on the main road.We highly recommend Laura’s condo as she thought of everything that would be needed for a perfect time.
