It is not appropriate for large groups or parties. There are condo association rules that must be reviewed and adhered to thoughout the rental period. Children must be supervised at all times.

A rental agreement and the condo association rules will be provided for guests to review and sign prior to payment for a booking.

Condo association approval of all guests is required.

Only a car or van used as a family vehicle will be permitted. Commercial trucks or pick-up trucks, motorcycles or recreational vehicles (campers, motor homes, boats, etc.) are NOT permitted
