Half of rent/security deposit/cleaning fee due upon lease signing to secure the dates. Balance will be due 60 days before move in. Notice of cancellation must be received 60 days prior to move in date for 90% refund. No refund if cancellation less than 60 days. We advise tenant to obtain appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for personal injury, illness or disease, and property damage or loss.

We recently booked a stay for next year but needed to cancel. Dee Chan was very helpful and quickly returned our deposit. We have rented in the past from from Florida rentals and are very pleased with the services we receive.
