Enjoy sunrises and amazing views of the ocean from the spacious 7th floor balcony. Condo amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, a shuffleboard court, and a workout room with sauna- all on the pristinely maintained, quiet and gated premises. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean in the master bedroom with king size bed and large ensuite bathroom with two vanities. Second bedroom also has a king bed and ensuite access to second bath. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances and newer washer/dryer. In the rear of the building, a small dock has access to the river. One carport parking space comes with the condo and plenty of visitor parking is available. A small storage unit also comes with the rental. A Great walk/bike path in front of building goes for miles in each direction. Longer term rental is negotiable, but 60 day rental minimum is required by the condo association.

The owners in this condominium are friendly and helpful and you will quickly feel right at home here.

This stretch of the North Hutchinson barrier island boasts quiet private beaches that stretch for miles. This location is a short ride to Vero Beach with its quaint shopping and fine restaurants. Golf is available in Vero. Also nearby is the McKee Botanical Gardens and the US Navy Seal museum.
Queens Island Preserve- 5 minute walk south.
US National Navy Seal museum- 2 miles south.
Avalon State Park- 1 mile north.
Round Island County Park- 2 miles north.
Fort Pierce Inlet Sate Park- 3 miles south.
There are numerous places to eat in the Vero Beach Ocean Drive village a short car ride away. There are also restaurants and tiki bars in the Fort Pierce waterfront and on the causeway to Fort Pierce. A few that we like: Ocean Grill (Vero) and 12A Buoy (Ft. Pierce). If you like Tiki bars, don't miss Little Jim's on the southern part of the island.
Vero Beach (Ocean Drive) and Fort Pierce (Marina area) both have an excellent famer's market on Saturday mornings. The Fort Pierce market is larger and includes a flea market.
There are several state and county beach parks within a few miles both north and south of our condo on route A1A. Going north, you'll find Avalon State Park and Round Island Beach park. Going south, you'll find Queens Island Preserve, Jack Island Park, Pepper Park, and Fort Pierce State Inlet Park. There is a sidewalk and bike path also on route A1A that stretches for about 3 miles going south and many more miles going north.

Minimum stay is 60 days per our condo association rules. No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the condo.
Guests first complete and sign a condo association Lease Application Form and a Lease Form. A 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the booking. A second 1/3 deposit is due 60 days prior to the rental start date. The remaining 1/3 payment is due 30 days prior to the rental start date.
The 12% tax assessments are required by the state of Florida/St. Lucie County for shorter term rentals that are less than 6 months and one day. This applies to all rentals in Florida.
The $1,000 security deposit is refundable after the term of the lease with no damages other than normal wear and tear. The $100 Condo Application fee and cleaning fee are non-refundable.

This stretch of beach from Sebastian Inlet to Fort Pierce is the site of many early ship wrecks, the most notable being the several Spanish wrecks which were lost in a Hurricane in 1715. These ships were laden with gold, silver and jewels and have capitivated treasure hunters who still seek treasure from these wrecks. To get a glimpse of this history, the McClarty museum and the Mel Fisher museum, both in Sebastian, are a fascinating way to spend a day and see some of the spoils of this treasure.
We have a binder of information that we leave in the condo for our guests which contains a myriad of information about the condo itself, facility amenities, condo association rules, and even brochures on local restaurants and attractions.
As owners, you will deal directly with Joe and Joanne for questions, concerns, or any issues that arise. We are very accessible by phone, text, or email and are here to help make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We have access to local trades and will act quickly to resolve issues if they come up. We also have family in the area to assist if necessary.
There are some great restaurants in the Ocean Drive area of Vero Beach which is a easy 10 minute drive north on the island. Some that we recommend: Ocean Grille, Bobby's, Citrus, and The Tides. Going south on the South Island, there are restaurants in the Ft. Pierce marina district. Our favorite local Tiki Bar is Little Jim's which is about 4 miles south on the island.
As mentioned before, the McLarty treasure museum in Sebastian on the island is worth a visit to gain perspective on why we are called the "Treasure Coast." The Mel Fisher museum on the mainland in Sebastian is also worth a visit which houses lots of treasure and artifacts from the 1715 fleet wrecks. Also north on the island is the Pelican Island National Sanctuary. On the island in Vero beach is a fine Art museum called the Vero Beach museum of art.
Going 2 miles south on the island, the US Navy Seal Museum is a great way to spend a few hours to learn about the Navy's most elite special forces. On the mainland in Vero Beach is the McKee botanical garden. I

We loved our 3 month stay. J & J, the owners were very helpful in their recommendations for restaurants and very pleasant. The condo was very well-equipped with everything we needed and wanted. The view!! The living room and MB has beautiful views of the ocean. Furniture and beds super comfortable. Beach chairs are provided to relax and watch the surf on a clean, private beach. The pool, hot tub and landscaping were very well maintained We definitely recommend this condo and hope we can return soon. Thankyou J & J !

We had a 4 month stay at this North Hutchinson Island ocean view condo. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable with panoramic views of the coast. The owner made sure we were provided with all of the necessary details and was accessible. The unit has easy access with the pool and beach a short walk away. If needed, we would rent here again.
