Enjoy the sound of the waves as you enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner from your private balcony. The primary suite with queen bed overlooks the ocean as well. You'll also appreciate the fully renovated hall bathroom with walkin shower just steps from the other bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and open access to the dining area . A generous sectional is positioned to watch the waves roll in as you relax or enjoy your favorite movie on tv. Furnishings have just been updated and reflect that 'Florida feeling" you are coming here for! Our unit is on the second floor so no need to wait for an elevator as stairwell is just down the walkway. Get your daily dose of sunshine at the pool or the beach, or both! Lounge chairs surround the large pool that is great for laps or just taking a dip, and the walkway to/from the beach has a hose so you can wash off the sand. The community room has a lending library as well as a small fitness room.

Since this area is located in a more residential area with little to no commercial, the traffic is minimal. There are generous bike lanes on both sides of the road and sidewalks all the way from the condo to Vero Beach and Fort Pierce for walking, running or biking! There are numerous parks and public beaches all along the way. The pool is a dream! Water is heated and the 'deep end' is 5 ft.6 in. - great for water jogging! The beach is wide so you have plenty of privacy if you want it, and walking at low tide is perfect because it is nice and firm. Gas grills are available for grilling anytime. Pickleball and tennis courts are available across the street for our development, but there are also both at the county park located next to the Navy Seal Museum.

About the host
: We have spent many years exploring the beaches of Florida...the panhandle, keys, gulf coast, and all along the Atlantic coastline... and finally settled on the Vero Beach, Fort Pierce area to purchase our first condo! Everywhere we went there was plenty to discover and explore, and the people were great. the past few years we started to notice the traffic was getting more congested and there were so many people in and out that condos were becoming more like hotels than the retreat we were looking for. Our search began for the 'perfect place'! We stumbled upon the Treasure Coast a few years ago and were impressed with the beautiful uncrowded beaches, lack of traffic, great shopping, great restaurants....and all around great vibe!
Yes, all towels and beach towels are provided. There are enough for 4 guests.
All dishes, serving ware, flatware, etc. is provided. Additionally there are spices and a few of the normal condiments.
Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and noodles are in the guest room closet.
You will be provided with a 'starter pack' of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods.
